I was living dangerously till now. Reckless abandon. I didn't want to look after myself. I was feeling depressed and suicidal. I thought nobody would love a shy girl like me. Now I want to live for my boyfriend. I feel a fresh breath of life. I don't want to die anymore. I feel like taking care of myself. Before I was slowly dying because I didn't want to eat, didn't want to sleep.. I didn't feel like doing anything. I was too upset and broken from inside. I wanted to feel Ioved.. Now I met my boyfriend. So i feel much better. He gave me new life. I feel very happy whenever I talk to him or whenever he is in my presence or whenever I think about him. His thought drives me crazy. So I don't feel suicidal anymore. Now I feel like I want to give my life to him. I want to take good care of my health. I want to be healthy. I want to live again....For him of course.

I would say it simply focuses on neutrality and purity and removes any Positivity/negativity from the frame. -
I agree with @Loba. Self expression is key. When you think too much about others, self expression is hindered.

@Tefikos This is your limited belief. Change it. You are going through crab bucket syndrome. This stems from scarcity mindset. Wanting to please others. Wanting others to not be offended. Honestly, it's terrible and lame. Be proud of who you're without shame or guilt. You need to build self esteem Read books on building self esteem

1) it's quite complicated for me. I have to start with writing and then pronouncing. I can't have it backwards. 2) currently I'm using an app 3)I'm not proficient at all. It might take me 2 months to get a decent grip. 4) only one language at a time 5) without constant revisions, memorization is impossible 6) get good with basics. A definite thing to do. 7) don't too impatient to learn everything at once. Take your time. Cram the basics really well. 8) I know Hindi, Urdu, English, partial Portuguese and now I'm learning German. 9) I would recommend a translator app and a grammar book.

I have downloaded an app to learn German. So far the results are quite satisfying.

@Marcel Yea, it touches on many different aspects all in one video. I agree it's well made and put together in a soothing coherent way.

One thing I'm learning is to never take myself for granted ever, no matter what.

I've heard that Afghan parents have given their children to crew on the plane to be adopted into American families.

Actually this has been a huge part of my growth for the past 3 years. I did a ton of self talk. This also helps tremendously with keeping negativity out. It helps me to feel instantly motivated or engaged. I saw that it improves my concentration and awareness greatly. It also helps me out in becoming more succinct, direct, open and authentic about expressing my thoughts. Journaling is also a form of self talk. If you're feeling inconsistent or confused about something, talking out loud brings lucidity and clarity in your thoughts and decisions. It helps with psycho emotional processing and helps you get organized with your thinking. I can call it a very useful habit.

I'd give a few tips although I struggle with the same problem. Get good restful sleep. This reduces fatigue which is a physical reason behind laziness/feeling comfortable. Cut down distractions Invest in a goal board. Write down your goals succinctly Watch motivational videos. Challenge yourself Reward yourself when you complete goals Have a huge vision or dream in your mind Work in a team or groups. Have accountability partners If work is overwhelming, take baby steps.

I agree with Leo here. If loneliness comes naturally to you whereby you're not impacted by it, then I'd describe it as solitude rather than loneliness, since loneliness carries a negative connotation to it. Solitude is a gift, if you learn how to use it for your personal growth, solitude is what introverts generally enjoy, it gives you ample amount of space to be yourself and by yourself, it can be a paradise or a treasure trove of learning, self awareness, self reflection, self Introspection, shadow work, "me-time" and lot of self growth. If you are not naturally happy about solitude, it means you crave connection and you need to start investing in building connections. Humans in general exist on a spectrum when it comes to solitude - company axis. We crave both solitude and company in varying levels depending on the scale of Introversion /extroversion in our personalities. You cannot be 100% happy around people, you might feel exhausted sometimes, similarly you cannot be 100% happy all by yourself. Man/human is social by nature yet a part of us also craves some me time.

Tough question — Hitler comes to mind — making reactionary videos — Reality TV drama career — Joining a gang or terrorist organization — being a part of an extremist group — Wallstreet careers that only focus on money building but cause health problems. Daytrading — Wrestling and body building to a point it leads to injuries and health issues — a political career only for fame and power — a business built on supply of addictive substances to people like junk food factory

@Regan hey good question. I'd say a lot of these terms are slightly synonymous but not completely synonymous. But they generally capture the overall length and breath of this work. So you can use them interchangeably with slight nuances. Self-Help? Personal Development? Self-Actualization? Self-Improvement? Any others? Imo, personal development seems closer to what we're doing here and mostly in life. Personal development seems to be like a broad umbrella term that covers various aspects of self help, self Actualization, self improvement. Self Actualization to me means trying to fulfill higher needs of the mind and spirit on the Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs pyramid. For example, if you're trying to learn more about spirituality and high consciousness and raising your overall vibration I'd call it self Actualization. Self improvement could mean incremental improvements in your daily habits. For example if you lost weight or dropped an addiction or got better at organizing your daily life, I'd call it self improvement. Yet I'd still consider this to be a part of Self Development or Personal Development. I see personal development more relevant to lower stages of Spiral Dynamics and lower on the Chakra scale like the root and solar plexus Chakra. Whereas I'll consider self Actualization as a part of Crown Chakra and Stage Green and upwards, I hope this makes sense. Now self help looks more of a therapy based term. I remember this term being very popular during 1950s Era where people would talk about improving states of mind, I remember those "how to...." books in the market like "how to speak effectively," "how to have a good memory,","how to get rid of phobia in minutes." Somehow the term self help reminds me of that Era. And I guess self help is more specific to a certain issue you're dealing with currently in your life.

Have you tried making a list of your goals aligning them in order? Having an instant list helps a lot with this problem. Once you have a list then you can easily organize lists into different categories and boxes and this will help you get more orderly and organized with your work. At least spend 25 minutes early morning just deciding how you wanna proceed with the day. The other thing that helps a lot is cutting out sensory overload and distracting stuff, they consume a lot of our mental energy.. @Nahm has a dream board. Message him and he has lots of methods and suggestions on getting on track with goal boards. He does Skype as well. I'll highly recommend you ask him for more ideas on this subject.

Happiness is a deep emotion. You have to feel it from within. You need to seek happiness within rather than without. @Nahm has a really good take on this. This is best and the most beautiful video I have found on this subject.
