At yellow, we have Meta perspective or systems thinking towards all stages. At stage Yellow, we see the conflict between different stages and we also see the solutions to this conflict. Unhealthy stage Yellow is when they regard themselves as the highest and demand that people at lower stages climb higher and they don't understand that you can't skip stages and that it takes a lot of time and that it only works if all stages are integrated properly in a healthy way.

So what's the fundamental difference between stage Green and stage Yellow. Stage Blue looks at stage Green policies from a stage Blue perspective. And stage Green looks at Blue rules from a stage Green perspective as a result of which they misunderstand each other all the time and they always have friction and conflict. And stage Yellow tends to integrate all the good and the bad of all the stages below it. And at Yellow, there's understanding of why lower stages act the way they do instead of judging it the way stage Green does. At Yellow, we understand why Red acts Red.
