  14. We absorb what we give attention to and what we absorb through our basic senses of vision, hearing, taste, smell and touch. Our most important senses that are mainly involved in absorbing raw data and information are visual and auditory senses, eyes and ears. You have to be careful about what you watch, what you read and what you hear because you don't want this omnipresent negativity to drain you, exhaust you, upset, trigger you and leave you in a negative state or vibe. It's not good for your mental and emotional health and it's not good for your general energy and vibe. Just kill it off already..
