  1. @Marcel Thanks. I was trying to figure out if the lighting came out proper in it. It took a while to decide what sort of design I would have wanted on the handles. And I randomly thought of layering a yellow line at the bottom
  2. @Marcel well let's see how much I use it. I'm so into this tracker stuff, it gives me a boost. I am trying to keep it efficient, simple and easy. No complicated clunky stuff. Because there are just so many things going on in my mind it's tough to handle all at once. Next I'll make a list of activities to help me create a personal development map.
  3. Or I can use these This color code system has major colors out of the triplets. The colors are Green blue, yellow, peach, pink and red Or I can use this.
  4. @Marcel -------------------------------- Alternatively if I don't want to use a color triplet then I can simply use the colors in the form of circles and rectangular bars to indicate progress. And place a tick mark next to each color. I can do it like this. Like a point based system. Starting with 600 points and then doubling, tripling. Phase 1 = Bronze Phase 2 = Silver Phase 3 = Gold Phase 1 bronze Level 1 - 600 points Colors - lime, green, blue, purple Level 2 - 1200 points (600 points more than previous, these are total points, that is including level 1) Colors - yellow, gray, peach Level 3 - 1800 points Colors - pink, orange, red ---------------------------------------------------- Phase 2 - silver Level 1 - 2400 points Colors - lime, green, blue, purple Level 2 - 3000 points Colors - yellow, gray, peach Level 3 - 3600 points Colors - pink, orange, red ------------------------------------------ Phase 3 - gold Level 1 - 4200 points Colors - lime, green, blue, purple Level 2 - 4800 points Colors - yellow, gray, peach Level 3 - 5400 points...... last. Colors - pink, orange, red Plus I can use this color code in simple format. This meter can show overall level Or circles
  5. 1...Lime lime green 2.....Lime green green 3......Green green blue 4.......Green blue blue 5.........Blue blue purple 6......Blue purple purple 7........Purple purple yellow 8........Purple yellow yellow 9.......yellow yellow gray 10.......Yellow gray gray 11.....Gray gray peach 12.....Gray peach peach 13....Peach peach pink 14.....Peach pink pink 15...Pink pink orange 16.....Pink orange orange 17.....Orange orange red 18....Orange red red... This is last one.
  6. So I have decided to use colors to chart and track my progress. I have invented my own system to track progress. This system will be divided into three phases Phase 1 - Bronze phase Phase 2 - Silver phase Phase 3 - gold phase Each phase is divided into levels depending on color There major levels Level Beginner Level Intermediate Level End Level Beginner will have 4 colors Lime, Green, Blue, Purple Level Intermediate will have 3 colors Yellow, Gray, Peach Level End will have 3 colors Pink Orange and Red Each step will have two colors of the lower level and one color of the next color in sequence. Thus there will be specific sequences generated which will proceed rhythmically to the end of each phase. These sequences will be repeated in each phase - bronze, silver and gold.. Lime lime green green blue blue purple purple yellow yellow gray gray peach peach pink pink orange orange red red So the sequences are Keep removing the previous color from the order above to get the next order of 3. 1...Lime lime green Lime green green Green green blue 4...Green blue blue Blue blue purple Blue purple purple Purple purple yellow 8...Purple yellow yellow Yellow yellow gray Yellow gray gray Gray gray peach 12...Gray peach peach Peach peach pink Peach pink pink 15...Pink pink orange Pink orange orange Orange orange red 18..Orange red red... This is last one. Total 18 sets or graphs in each phase. And 3 color spectrum levels. After completing red red, you jump into the next phase. Gold phase means you are closer to achieving the goal.
  7. I'm going to use indicators to track my goals. I'm not sure what type of indicators will help with this. And I'm going to mention 5 activities or pathways to achieve these goals.
  8. To reach these goals I need a goal fill up meter. And I need certain pathways or activities that will help me reach those goals. I'm going to record 5 activities per (time) that will randomly help me with reaching these goals.. For this reason I need to divide these goals into specific categories.
  9. Not only do I need clear goals in mind but also ways to get these goals. That is clear map. A map to get to these goals in an efficient way And I'm working on that
  10. @Marcel Thanks. I was trying to figure out if the lighting came out proper in it. It took a while to decide what sort of design I would have wanted on the handles. And I randomly thought of layering a yellow line at the bottom
  11. And then I had been thinking about two more concepts One being what I call "the beauty of a system" and the second "trust the process."
  12. I want to know what strength really means. Not just spiritual strength but something more comprehensive. I can call it the "energy of Eunoia" I imagine this energy as something flowing and compact and has both growing, protective and defensive energies. It's almost like if anything ever came too close to it, it will deflect it violently.
  13. The light effect in this has really turned out very well.
  14. This is something that is really helpful I still suck at socializing and there are so many things that I still need to learn when it comes to socialization but authenticity and confidence are key when it comes to dealing with people. When you're your pure self, you only end up with that which is attracted to your purity.
  15. Along with including certain things in your life you must also know what to eliminate You're kinda better off without all the garbage, the emotional garbage clogging your mind.
  16. Use your feeling and intuition. I had to deal with many narcissists in my life. One way to know is the kind of conversation they have with you. Do they ask you, "how are you feeling?" For me the most powerful indicator (from personal experience) is when they go on rambling about their lives without letting me catch a break. That's when I know I'm dealing with a narcissist. They love to keep on talking endlessly and don't let you go. They dump their problems on you and when you ask for advice they turn away. They generally treat you shitty when you're down in life because to them successful people matter more than emotional people.
  17. So I made a diagram of what I want to focus on like my mini life trajectory projects. 8 things Art project Productivity Relationship Health Learning Healing Socialization Life skills 9th one can be spirituality.
  18. I want to focus on 4 or 5 mini life trajectory projects now.
  19. I want to focus on 4 or 5 mini life trajectory projects now. My art project. My relationship. My health. My skills. And overall productivity. As well learning and growth. I want to draw like a map for these things.
  20. @Kalki Avatar in that case Maslow hierarchy of needs gives you the coverage. You get the basic needs met and then you can work on higher needs. It's all about perspective. Whatever helps helps. For me it's the other way round. I can't get my basic needs met if my higher plane is empty. Once I get my higher needs met, that's when I start working on my root Chakra. It's like the higher level works as a foundation for the lower. Because I don't want to look at things from a purely materialistic paradigm(some people are okay with this) but to me it's kinda incomplete and unfulfilling, kinda empty and vexatious, so I decided I will go on a long journey of spirituality (this was 4 years ago) and then come back to normal life, which I did by the way, I also went on a retreat, I could have done more but I did as much as resources allowed me, last 4 years although painful yet fantastic, I feel very spiritually fulfilled, I can go about mending my root Chakra knowing that I took care of the chaos in my crown Chakra, I feel very grounded now, much more than before as I fulfilled and completed a full 4 year journey, it was a relief and now I feel life can be taken care of, it does not mean that all my problems are solved, not at all, yet a major hurdle was resolved, I had a huge void in me that I felt was a spiritual void, like I needed to know what really was needed, as in spiritual food and now I feel very liberated, truly and fully, there are regular ups and downs of life as usual but feeling spiritually fulfilled is probably the greatest gift of all and it makes everything fall into place..
  21. Also don't listen to advice that doesn't work for you. Many people feel forced to do things that don't fit their comfort zone just because others are doing it. For example many people constantly suggest to do psychedelics. Yet I don't wish to do it because it doesn't suit me. So I don't do it. Most people make this common mistake where they force themselves to follow advice that's not meant for them at all, self development is such a thing that you can develop your own brand of insights and resources that help you, it's pretty flexible. You don't need to follow any particular guru. If you follow your own intuition even that is personal development, it need not be some guru. Everything that you do to improve yourself, one way or another encompasses personal development.
  22. You're assuming that personal development caters only to a specific niche group of people, going by that monk example. However there are levels in PD from basics to advanced. You have to pick and choose the guidance that fits your level. PD is a huge field with unlimited scope and room. And advice can be uniquely tailored for custom needs, that's one of the reasons why people hire a life coach. PD caters to literally every single human being on planet earth, no one is considered exempt or incapable, no one is judged, so that's the beauty of it. Over time this is the only field you'll begin to love. Because all other industries are quite brutal out there. This is the field where you turn iron ore into shiny tea pot!

  24. Note down those things.
  25. Sometimes when I read some comments they can appear so infantile, juvenile, amateurish, stupid, childish, lacking in intuition, pigeonholed, immature, dogmatic, ignorant, illogical, inadequate, unwholesome.
