I have recently enrolled into a psychology class to get a degree in psychology. I plan on becoming a psychologist in the future. And this class can help me upgrade my skill set. Everyday will be called a tracking day. Today is November 6 It's tracking day 1.

So I need two sheets. An attendance sheet and a report sheet. The report sheet will track point system based goal progress. Whereas the attendance sheet will keep a record of my daily attendance and how I fair with task handling. Just a logbook.

So i created a report sheet to track my progress under every category.

I'll make a spreadsheet or report sheet for each category. I will have points for each category and I will record notes on my progress and publish it here to keep a general track/ record.

OK I'm going to use an excel sheet method of punch in punch out log book. And keep a tab on my attendance, punch in punch out time for different tasks and notes on how much I completed or got done. Plus I will need a report sheet to see and chart my progress in every category.
