If you're doing that to fall asleep, that can become a mental addiction. Not healthy at all. Sometimes it's fine.

This morning when I woke up I was thinking about a character wearing an orange beret. And this was in a weird way related to being more realistic about life, dealing and accepting reality (which I always have a hard time doing), I don't know what I was dreaming about but I could see an Elmo like character wearing an orange beret and offering his commentary on almost every aspect of life. It felt strange but at the same time I felt like I could somehow relate to this I want this journal to be my foray into politics. I have lately taken a huge interest in politics. And I am able to have crossovers much more smoothly now

You can take a blank drawing board and then write your problem in a short word on the board. Then everyday you can focus on this issue and draw a diagram of different solutions to this problem. This can be an effective brain storming technique.

I don't like women being rated on a numerical scale. I never rated men this way. Feels very "beneath."

I think every person on planet earth has a unique potential to offer to the world which is unique in itself. Although I think some kinds of ability and potential are more valuable than others. For example, I'd say a doctor's potential to heal and cure is really important and valuable in comparison to the potential of a software programmer or TV presenter or a painter.

Don't worry about Biden, just worry about your life right now and save up on hospital bills. Biden is not going to personally pay your hospital bills. Read my edited post above again and start building your immunity so you don't need hospitalization and keep spare paracetamol and ibuprofen with you so when you finally get whatever variant, you take the med to calm the symptoms, paracetamol for body ache and ibuprofen for inflammation and all your vitamins and juices. If you got money problems, live with your family or friend. -
I had neck pain on February 9. Pretty severe.

I'm usually all over the place. Time to get rid of this habit. This not only applies to what we should do and how we should go about with our life with harmony, alignment, resonance and fine tuning or calibration but also to data collection, information gathering, filtering and processing. I'm generally all over the place and the lack of alignment and mismanagement is a huge flaw on my part.

Well if there are many deaths, we will see lockdowns again. Other than deaths and lockdowns what else can happen? Fingers crossed. Losing your mind is not going to help the situation. Work on your immunity everyday. Take Vit C and Vit D. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. If you are not a vegan, eat fish at least once a week. Right now I'm suffering from Covid and the only thing that is helping me are juices. I tried different juices-mango, apple, orange, guava and lemon. So far guava and lemon (lemon juice is most effective ) and orange juice have proven to be effective in raising my immunity and dealing with the symptoms. -

Omicron is a vaccine resistant variant. Because even vaccinated people got it and showed similar symptoms. However it was/is much less severe than original Covid. It's better to have vaccine resistant variants because these are much less severe and cause little harm. So you have nothing to worry about. -

There is no need to worry anymore. It will die down and flatten the curve. In fact it's already happening. Time to celebrate. @Johnny Galt I don't know why you mentioned that. -

Aren't all variants pretty much vaccine resistant? Almost every vaccinated person around me got this thing. The virus is very non discriminating. Kinda out of the world. -

Whatever happens in the world around you, it's only you and your journey that matters in the end.

@Carl-Richard I've to say that I'm really enjoying your posts lately. -
@something_else I think @Loba has the right to have an opinion just like you do. Of course you've the right to refute that opinion but shutting down an opinion is not a good idea. Opinions need to be heard one way or another whether they are right or wrong. That's just my opinion.
