I need to work on myself to be more feminine. Sadly I never had a role model. Hmm. The women in my extended family can't teach me shit. They live in their cocoon. If I asked this question to my mom, her usual response "IDK."

But I do believe that there are stereotypical masculine and feminine traits and embodying them is not necessarily an act. And if a man behaves in more masculine ways and if a woman behaves in more feminine ways then their chances to attract most people automatically increases. When we are in a dating circuit, we are not always looking for the perfect person, we also want to raise our own value in terms of attraction and attract the max number of people so getting most partners becomes easier. I don't see any harm in this. It's almost like telling a clueless girl who attends a party in a large baggy dress that it's not looking attractive on her and that she can dress sexier. It will only make her look more attractive. I don't know why her changing her style to look more attractive to most people should be considered an act? It's very discouraging to tell someone that they are acting when all they are doing is genuinely trying to do something that they want to do and just looking for clues. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of why someone is asking the question in the first place. I would not tell someone that they were acting if they asked me advice on how to sound, look or behave in a way that seems cool or suits a trend/construct. Rather than judging the act as fake or pretense I would be glad to give them tips and advice. I agree with @LastThursday

To me feminine means nurturance, sensitivity, sweetness, supportiveness, gentleness, warmth, passivity, cooperativeness, expressiveness, modesty, humility, empathy, affection, tenderness, and being emotional, kind, helpful, devoted, and understanding and vulnerability.

In this sense, Judaism is a very good religion, the religion of the common man. Judaism is a holistic religion and Christianity is a doctrine based religion. Holistic is something that helps you improve your daily life whereas doctrine based is something that helps you look at things from an absolute perspective. Holistic is something more Eastern, more methodical, more procedure based, more Asian whereas doctrine is more western and less methodical and more elemental or core/essence based. Both need to be harmonized in equal proportions. It's like holistic is more science and law based. Holistic is the how of everything. Whereas doctrine is more essence, meaning, purpose based. Doctrine is the why of everything.

So I abandoned Christianity. It's sad. I suffered temporary shock but I'm recovering. Now my focus is on Roman pagan religions (images of flowers and fountains in my head) and I'm eyeing Ancient Egypt. Those were the glorious days. People rejoiced in their Gods, prayed for rain. Those were the happy days. Who says the Romans didn't flourish? Who says the Egyptians weren't happy?

I still want to rely on elements of Christianity and Judaism. I don't want to be officially related with the Abrahamic religions.

I realize that I need to cultivate love in my life. A thousand doors will open. That's what I thought as a child. The last door will open to heaven. Everything in this world is a distraction from the "true path." The true path is in worship. The truth path is in faith and complete surrender. For your faith, God has rewards ready like healing, love, freedom from suffering, protection, guidance, comfort in the afterlife, hope, health, peace, energy, warmth, equilibrium, provision, care, and support. The key to these rewards is faith and worship. Trust is what God seeks. Rewards is what we see. So basically it's a covenant relationship. The relationship and its rewards continue until eternity and we are blessed. God never forsakes us. There's a spiritual component to religion too. Don't do wrong and always be moral and aligned to your conscience. This aligns a lot with the way the Jewish faith works pretty much. It focuses on moral behavior.
