Energy grows where energy goes. The word done excites us. Use it in positive affirmations. Bite size digestable, palatable, moments of achievement. First focus on the micro win. It takes 9 micro wins to get you to 1 macro win Lay out every single micro step that will get you to your micro win or micro goal. Every fourth step is our milestone. And celebrate. You need an accountability buddy Ambiguous goals bring ambiguous results. Be crystal clear Eat, breathe and sleep your goals. Envision your steps and achievements. Create your reality. You can create your own reality in this world of realities. You have to write down the lies you believe about yourself. Nothing matters in the end. AND that's liberating and powerful. Can you release Can you forgive Can you let go Can you be calm Do you meditate Do you have time to yourself If one apple is rotten in a box of apples, you can throw it out. It doesn't matter. You still have the good apples. If most apples are bad and only one is good, the box is useless and that one apple won't make a difference. Good people in a larger majority and with enough power can make good things happen. Bad people in a majority and with more power will create dysfunction and chaos. Our problems don't get solved by method but by a spiritual force. Our spiritual force heals us. That's why it's called supernatural power and it's necessary in supernatural or extraordinary circumstances. That's how the universe was designed.

I'm going to stick up a goal board on top of my bed and follow the pictures and the goals in it.

Will write health stories and goal board and mark up implementation days. Have also discovered a good healthy distraction rather than the useless addictive video games.

Also I need to maintain a goal board And even implementation days Thursday July 12 was implementation day 2. Today is July 31... Day 21 ..have learned a lot in the last 2 weeks. Can't imagine 21 days have passed already. Running late lol. But will be strict now on.

This is a journal to keep a track on my progress in treating my health condition.

You can create whatever you want. You can create peace in this moment right now. You can create health in this moment tight now. Not meaning to say it will immediately transform your condition, but it will be a change although minor. But changes will accumulate to make an impact. This does not mean you can change the outcome totally. Like if you have chronic back pain it won't completely resolve it, but in this moment if you create health, you will be less likely to experience severe symptoms, you will feel better, symptoms might reduce or take longer to flare up, other complications might be prevented and healed, feeling love and health will also at the same time reduce the feeling of pain or it's severity. And who knows long term it might even gradually control and reduce the condition so you're at least functioning and live longer. So maybe not a permanent cure but at least sustainable. Maybe if you had used this technique you may never have got back pain in the first place. We are not limited by the spirit. We are only limited by the physical.

It will be beautiful in time. It won't remain ugly forever

Suffering is just 1 percent. But our behavior makes it 99 percent. People get toxic to each other instead of helping each other and worsen the state of suffering. Instead of bringing hope they bring despair where hope is needed. We not only create suffering by our own actions but also perpetuate suffering and make it worse than it is. If instead we lived in closed knit loving community or commune and helped each other, our suffering will be greatly reduced and even almost negligible. That's how God wanted it. He wanted us to live in love and togetherness.

This life is totally yours. Claim it. Do not compromise. Live rich live abundant live you. Remember. You can create whatever you want. Just create it. You can create it. The power lies in your mind and your spirit.

Healing needs tremendous amount of will power to fight back. If you want to get it done, get it done. No guilt no judgement.

Live in universal love.

There are only two things matter and energy. Matter is physical and energy is spiritual. The physical nature of things and the spiritual nature of things. They both should flow together otherwise there is imbalance.

trinity. 3 forces Material or physical [matter] Spiritual or emotion [energy] Intelligence [divine] In order to have intelligence you need spiritual growth or empowerment. That's why evil breeds in ignorance and stupidity. In order to implement whatevr is in the spirit you need physical force. Anything devoid of spiritual growth or both spiritual growth and physical growth will not have intelligence. This will lead to chaos and destruction. Anything that lacks physical energy will live in a perpetual state of unfulfillment. Desires will never turn into reality In order to experience God's love and to be in tune with the universe, the universe wants us to be stronger in both matter and spirit. Attain mastery of both the physical and the spiritual. So both are fulfilled. In order to experience love in its full form, one has to experience pain. Sex is not without pain. With pleasure comes pain. Without pain, love cannot be full. To love is to suffer. To love is to know and feel pain. In order to experience God's love, one has to go through the cycle of life and pain and suffering. To experience the highs and the Lows of a relationship. But to feel that one has to be able to sustain through the lows. For this one has to be physically strong to survive through the journey of highs and lows and be able to take all the pain and still be happy. This will need tremendous physical and mental strength. A weak person will back away or lose themselves in the struggle. They will get crushed by the lows and escape the whole experience not able to withstand the storms of a relationship. The universe does not change for anyone. It stays the same. The universe does not support the weak but favors the strong, intelligent,, brave and empathetic. When you are an empathy, you develop intelligence. Physical growth is acquired by proper body care. Spiritual growth is acquired by empathy. Empathy. To be in alignment with the universe, is to be in alignment with nature and the earth This is the way to be closer to God is to be physically and spiritually stronger.

Try to live in love and positivity Take baby steps God loves you infinitely In God's world, there is no skin color , no religion, no culture, no rule, no law, no barrier, no competition, no hate, no money, no ill or healthy, no better or worse, no greater or lesser. In his eyes you are perfect and whole and good. He doesn't judge or ignore or reject. He loves you for all your imperfections.
