Just focus on whatever area comes to your attention, no need to force anything. You can focus on your calves and thighs or whatever

I had an idea yesterday that Im implementing today. The idea is that as a practice you have to be fully conscious atleast one day a week for a whole day without going into dreamland. Its been 15 min so far will get back with the progress later.

The purpose course has over 100 parts of 30+ minute of extremely indepth videos, its definitely not a scam, I bought it two years ago and I still find it inspiring and useful, but you have to have a purpose and determination to make it 100%, if youre wishy washy then its not gonna be for you.
