  1. Fear Hierarchy Goal Accomplished! Looking at strangers in the face. I can safely, calmly stare a stranger on the street in the face now. I realized my thoughts about what could happen were preventing me from doing that. Ive seen through the thoughts! Im free! Now only 10 more goals to go. ??

  11. Sure, sometimes I dont write that much because i frequently get ignored CBT is a psychology method of dealing with fears, you basically go step by step in dealing with fear increasing intensity the more you get comfortable example Fear of elevators step1: stand outside an elevator until youre comfortable step2: push the button until youre comfortable step3: step inside without going up step4: close the door without going up step5: press the elevator going up one floor these steps happens over days and weeks not all at once! etc etc all while being extremely aware of your thinking patterns and how they try to skew the reality of the situation, bit by bit your nervous system will feel much calmer try to figure out a solution like this but for fear of dogs

  15. "There is a Taoist story of an old farmer who had worked his crops for many years. One day his horse ran away. Upon hearing the news, his neighbors came to visit. "Such bad luck," they said sympathetically. "May be," the farmer replied. The next morning the horse returned, bringing with it three other wild horses. "How wonderful," the neighbors exclaimed. "May be," replied the old man. The following day, his son tried to ride one of the untamed horses, was thrown, and broke his leg. The neighbors again came to offer their sympathy on his misfortune. "May be," answered the farmer. The day after, military officials came to the village to draft young men into the army. Seeing that the son's leg was broken, they passed him by. The neighbors congratulated the farmer on how well things had turned out. "May be," said the farmer." I always think of this story when someone talks of luck/unluck

  17. Thanks! Will watch her the next time I do my session! Seems Kundalini and Yin will take the cake for me, maybe doing a bit of both, who says I cant.
  18. I like Yin Yoga! Tried it twice now, just need to get more comfortable with the postures, a bit hard to be mindful when youre stumbling over yourself, but I like it.
  19. Or maybe just being careful... Being too intense with spiritual practice can backfire hard... I wouldnt eat 10grams of shrooms before I tried 1gram, ya dig? But I will definitely try it out, guess I can stop for a while if something too weird happens.
