  1. Just found it fascinating, Im studying it now and alot of the talk about looking at things from different perspectives and mixing ideas from psychology, economics and historical context into a pot of gumbo seems very holistic to me. Any of you studied it professionally? What do you think?
  2. Leo... 1. Claims hes more awake than anyone ever in history despite this being impossible to know except through his own narcissistic inference. 2. Claims everyone else is delusional. 3. Constantly keeps you on the hook with new subjects which keeps you stuck and make you feel like you wont enough as a person if you stop following him. "You havent even begun to grow!" "Go deeper!" "That was a taste, now do 25000 trips more" 4. Says you shouldnt make it about him then makes it all about him. "Im so awake!" 5. Uses non-dual gaslighting everytime you criticize something he does, notice he almost never holds himself accountable when you question him, he always knows more than you! Its almost like he is omniscient! Weird huh! What happened to humblessness, letting go of ego? Perhaps some Shadow Work is necessary? Its almost like how forgot how to be a decent human living in the relative world. This thread will get locked obviously. Criticism is not allowed here. But this is my personal view and you can disagree or not. I dont care. Im not coming back after this relevation. Im thankful for the 1000s of ideas I learned from Actualized although half of them arent really new and borrowed from other thinkers but it was nice to have them collected on one channel although it went downhill somewhere around 2019 when it all became about how God he was and how delusional everyone else was. My self-reflection alarm bell feelings have been ringing for about a year now about this and I have had enough. I have been too nice because I myself grew up with a narcissist and was too forgiving so I can see how I have been too forgiving here and been stuck in a blindspot. Of course the response here will be "Im not awake enough, Im imagining this and that" typical narcissist gaslightning answer to make you invalidate your own feelings. Bye.
  3. I thought we could have a thread where we share anecdotal evidence to counter the fearmongering about the Covid-19 vaccine. I took my first dose 2 weeks ago (Moderna) and had no side effects at all except for some sleepiness after the shot, but that couldve been because of anything. I have 4 brothers that have all taken the vaccine and havent had any serious side effects. What about you guys? Please be truthful in your post and dont troll.
  4. Because I havent done that before and it is a good way to conquer social anxiety. Funnily enough I hadnt stepped inside until someone chatted ME up! Which blew my mind, I thought I would have a hard time just sitting alone at the bar maybe chatting up the bartender but the opposite happened. The last funny thing was I basically got laid but I was too drunk to get it up so we just laid around and talked lmao! We had good chemistry! Im very happy that I took the daring choice of going out alone. Wont be my last time. (No commenting on the alcohol please, its part of my culture and social matrix and it is very difficult to not drink in social situations.) My point is basically; Stop caring what your scaredy little mind tells you! Just do it! Try stuff! The worst that can happen is you hang around for 5 minutes and then go home, noone knows who you are and noone cares, the worlds eyes are not on you!
  5. Well another thing is Moda made me a bit wired, not the best thing for a calming meditation.
  6. Its disrespectful towards the arrangers of the retreat, they have tenets you must follow
  7. Well, the attraction kind of happened spontaneously, I wasnt actually planning on getting laid, I was planning on having a good time. So I dont know what I did because I wasnt thinking about that. The point of the post was to encourage people to go out despite their fears of embarrasment, not a step-by-step pickup artist post. I have absolutely nothing to gain by lying, nobody knows who I am on here anyways, I could be Obama for all you guys know. I just wanted to share something fun that happened to me and maybe inspire others.
  8. But I wouldnt have been "lucky" if I hadnt gone there in the first place which was a conscious choice!
  9. I dont like clubs normally so I would never choose to go to them alone. The vibe is usually too rowdy and the music too loud. Havent missed them at all during the pandemic tbh. And what does that tell you?
  10. It was all a dream. No, I wasnt very nervous, Its not my first time going out in general, I have done it a million times, just alone this time.
  11. Dont know actually, we talked about going out again to some bar but alot of stuff in said in the hazy atmosphere of a bar. I will contact her on Friday and see, otherwise I will just get on with my life, detachment baby!
  12. Relative vs absolute. Ego/body/physical will die, awareness will not because its not a thing. But 99% of people are identified with the ego so they are afraid of dying which makes sense because ego will go someday... completely.
  13. So tired of this virus... but I believe it will help humanities evolution alot, just look at the incredible growth in technology that happened because of WW2 or the Black Death going into the Renaissance, despite how horrible they both were.
  14. Thats why you need study Spiral Dynamics for a long time to really understand what its all about. Its really hard to get fooled for me nowadays , first off all because Coral is so rare that finding it on Youtube is most likely impossible and also because alot of people misuse Spiral Dynamics for narcissistic purposes so thats something to always keep in mind. If someone says outright that they are a particular stage without being asked about they are most likely a bullshitter. You have to have extraordinary discernment and always be critical.
  15. Finally someone put the nail on the head! Something like this had been floating around in my mind but I couldnt put it in the words! Yes principles are steadfast which goes against the sort of looseness of being a relativist but at the same time they are important because without them you can easily veer off a good path because you delude yourself. Imagine an 1 year sober alcoholic saying "Oh having one beer its not technically bad because thats just a judgement I make in my mind!" and then he goes and fucks up his life again. Its a tricky balance. That alcoholic could easily be better off following some close-minded hardcore principle.
  16. My top 5 personal principles I figured out are... 1.Integrity and Honesty 2.Decency, Respect and Kindness 3.Thoughtfulness 4.Accountability 5.Humility But my values on the other hand are probably around 50-100... So what makes values and principles different from eachother? Principles seem to be more "holy" than values and seem to be more like guidelines for a good and virtuos life... They often seem more pure and beautiful can almost put a tear to my eye when I contemplate them... why is that? What do you think? What are your highest principles?
  17. Turquoise builds on top of Yellow and keeps the systems view, probably expanding it even more but Turquoise lets go of the mind and goes into Being so its not as analytical and more chill. Thats one of the bottlenecks that makes Turquoise or even enlightenment difficult to reach because the mind is so addicted to thinking and modeling.
  18. I kind of want to create my own mega-post with everything I have learned the past year too. There is so much stuff mostly scattered haphazardly on my laptop that it would be quite hard to put it all into writing here... But maybe I will... We need more Systems Thinking on this forum... Its severly lacking! Also I dont feel like I have learned it all, it will probably take my 5 years to fully integrate a concept like Holism, its so fucking vast!
  19. This is freakin amazing, dude! Will save this post and read it more carefully as I have too have been studying Systems Thinking for about a year. Kudos!
