  1. It's absolutely wonderful! I heard the news and it is soo so awesome. It's gonna start a chain reaction.
  2. I can understand his perspective though. Why use cannabis when you can just use more potent psychedelics like LSD, mushrooms, and DMT? Cannabis also has this hazy component to it that does not feel present to me on classical psychs. On the other hand, cannabis is psychedelic in the sense that it alters perception, slows down time, and gives closed eye visuals. I've also had positive meditating experience with it. Still, it does not come close to classic psychs.
  3. They say rubbing your scalp is also very good for hair production.
  4. nah he's just saying success doesn't equal happiness.
  5. I am pretty sure Leo addressed this. From what I remember, he said if Joe Rogan invited him, he'd be happy to go.
  6. The only person I need is myself.
  7. Meat, eggs, yogurt, milk, cheese, and seeds (ie. pumpkin, chia, sunflower) for protein, energy, nutrients.
  8. Read the ingredients. Do you recognize everything on there? where are those ingredients sourced from? Homemade pizza would be better since you control for all the ingredients and probably has less preservatives added. but in short, pizza is okay for me, its not healthy and not overly unhealthy. I enjoy it like once a week haha cause I also love pizza.
  9. 2 clinical trials is nothing when it comes to science. and Humans have been eating meat for 2.5 million years, gonna need more than two studies to convince me. if you ate raw animal foods, you wouldn't need to. the conversion rate is low and is not possible for everyone. Animals have gut bacteria that make B12 in their gut (therefore not synthetic). So its still a more "natural" form than through lab processes. Those studies on animal products don't account for high quality unprocessed meat, so they're pretty much invalid. They look pretty health to me https://www.wired.com/2012/09/milk-meat-and-blood-how-diet-drives-natural-selection-in-the-maasai/
  10. @Lister I watched a little bit (20 minutes), but I've heard it all before and I saw where he was going. I don't believe in the cholesterol hypothesis which has received valid criticism. I do not support replacing B12 vitamins with a supplement. B12 supplements are synthetic and ineffective in comparison to just eating real food. and actually I am 100% positive, humans got their b12 from meat and dairy. Humans have been eating meat for 2.5million years and there has never been a vegan civilization. All vegetarian societies get their B12 from eggs, cheese, yogurt, and milk. Are you sure B12 is the only thing that needs to be supplemented? I see people take EPA & DHA supplements, Vitamin D supplements (which can be had from raw animal foods), iodine supplements, iron supplements, zinc, creatine, etc. Low cholesterol is linked to multiple health problems including depression and early death. Here's a farmer who explains it : In addition, here's an article: https://theconversation.com/ordering-the-vegetarian-meal-theres-more-animal-blood-on-your-hands-4659 Quote from the article: Right, that is why I eat grass-fed beef, dairy, and pasture raised eggs because it supports sustainable farming practices, animals, and in consequence human beings.
  11. Okay and now all you do is kill plants... Plants are living beings too. From a non-duality standpoint, there is no killing or living, and everything is you, so eating plants or meat is eating yourself. From a compassionate standpoint, it's not compassionate to feed oneself an inadequate diet which is what a vegan diet essentially is. That's why it requires supplementation. Also you think corn and soybean harvesting are cruelty free? cause it's not, it kills insects, birds, mice, and other animals like raccoons, possums.
  12. lol, just literally anything else thats not bread! I agree that bread is not that great, but I still eat it from time to time. My biggest dislike is that it has gluten and I do notice it has an effect on my energy. So I imagine you are kind of wondering, how do I replace my lunch sandwiches because I ate that a lot in high school. All you have to do is replace that carb with another carb, so eat fruits, vegetables, rice, potatoes, nuts, seeds, or beans instead. Start bringing in homemade food instead of buying from the cafeteria or commercial stores unless they can accommodate your lifestyle.
  13. Good luck man and just start slow. Do you have allergies? My SO has a tree nut allergy, but has had no problems with LSD. Perhaps one way to know whether you're allergic to mushrooms is to have culinary mushrooms.
  14. I also recommend a full dose. It may seem intimidating at first, but if you have good self-control and self-love, you will be okay. You will also feel thankful that you went ahead with the experience. That is what my experience tells me.
  15. It sounds like God. Or Love, whatever word you want to use
  16. What do you think the message would say if it could be put into words?
  17. you need to do more than just watch Leo's videos. Watch PsychedSubstance, go to erowid.org, and google anything else you need.
  18. she seems to contradict herself when she says that she's experienced the world as hyper physical and then as pure nothingness. Perhaps that experience of "hyper physical" is what Leo is referring to when he says "infinity" but on a grander scale. It could also be she just needs to try some psychedelics. I personally seem to get or am familiar with nearly everything Leo has mentioned.
  19. I think Elliot Hulse is awesome and I really don't understand the hate he gets. Like he's just a dude doing his own thing and the information he gives out (for free) is valid and useful. infinite waters doesn't work for me, but do you dawg
  20. Have you tried seeking therapy man? If you are going to a university they will have counseling services available which should be covered by your tuition. Be careful assuming what others are assuming. Given the stuff your posting, I sense a bit of pessimism in your language and one could easily be projecting the self-image we have of ourselves and assume people have the same image. If you find this doesn't apply, forget I said it. You actually don't need anyone to accept you, you need to deeply accept yourself first. I invite you to try something as radical as magic mushrooms as it deeply helped me with self-acceptance, self-love, and self-trust. When you trust and love yourself and are consistently honest with others, you will see human have the capacity to be trusted, lovable, and honest, and you will do what you have done for yourself, but for others.
  21. Grow together. Relationships take work.
  22. I agree! Could there are most likely enzymes in compounds found in animal foods that cannot be found in plant foods that help with the digestion? The bacteria comes from the soil and I am not denying soil bacterias can produce b12, but again, B12 is also produced by bacterias in the gut of cows. I have read that humans have bacterias that produce b12 in the colon, but it cannot absorbed unless you were to eat your own poop, I believe.
  23. Here are alternative perspectives: https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2018/aug/25/veganism-intensively-farmed-meat-dairy-soya-maize here is a quotes from the article: some more articles/videos on this subject: https://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/farm-ranch/livestock-can-save-us/ https://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/farm-ranch/sustainable-meat-no-myth/ In short, grazing animals are actually good for soil, grass, and as a result our environment. The only thing we should do about Grasshouse emission gas is move to renewable sources of energy like solar energy, find a way to convert methane and/or carbon dioxide in either a natural way or through technological means. In addition to having more sustainable agricultural practices. Grazing animals have been around earth the entire time, farting, eating, burping, and drinking water. and now it's a problem? Lastly, there's no evidence that high quality unprocessed red meat is bad for you. In fact it's extremely nutritious and more energy dense than any vegetable.
