  1. To which extend is it possible to solve fear. Which (basic survival) fears need to be accepted in life?
  2. This new video (just released) is so deep! And pointless, which makes it more deep! It's called; the Game you can't Win!
  3. Matt D'Avella experienced some of same things you did. He was missing mostly the social aspect of coffee...

  5. Kyle has two #1 Comedy Central specials to his credit, is a comedian and transformational speaker. He has been ridicult by society for giving up his 'big comedian' carreer. Has had nondual experiences, lost a lot of weight, did a meditation challenge for 100 days. He is especially helpfull with 'practical' self-help in the early stages of your journey. Check him out, very curious what you think of him.
  6. Great anime, about spirit, reincarnation and Buddha. A movie to remember. Full movie free on YouTube.
  7. Depens on where you are in your journey. For a beginner the book is fine, but if you already watched and implemented a lot of teachings of Leo, then the book isn't for you. It really teaches the basics. Try Leo's booklist, it offers more quality.
  8. @Donald I agree, quote from integralworld; 'He runs four exceptionally well designed websites—a free online academy, a monthly video based membership site, his core site and the Trinfinity Corp. master plan. At its peak Bentinho’s Trinfinity academy was bringing in $60,000 per month from member subscriptions alone. With a $14,000 a month rent for his office in Boulder that level of income was definitely needed. And he gives talks in Sedona that attract over a hundred people each week in which he collects cash donations.' Feels to me like a well made marketing-trick to get you in for free. Please judge for yourself and do your research before signing up for any course (even if it's free)...
  9. Very insightfull! Thanks for sharing ?
  10. @Quicksilver Yes, ofcourse; - Best book ever, changed my life; Letting Go, the Pathway of Surrender - David R. Hawkins Sedona Method book, is oke, but YouTube works fine to understand it, skip introduction, starts at 6.00;
  11. Yes!! Lincoln Gergar from Channel Higher Seldf deserves much more views!! His ?based meditations are the best and really sincer! Thanks for sharing!
  12. @Ampresus The Sedona Method is a 'drop-it / let it go' method. The same as the letting go technique by D. Hawkins. The video of Julien explains what a drop-it method is; Emotions = E(nergy in )motion. Channeling of emotions is being a super conductor (letting the energy passing through your body) for your emotions, as Leo explains in his older videos. It's noticing your emotions and let it pass, without attaching a story to it. The Sedona Method helps to do this, with the questions it's asking; could you let it go, would you let it go and when. The letting go method works, but not every emotion is the same. For example, it might work for overcoming shyness but not for fear of hights or visa versa. It depens on what underlying believes are active. This differs from person to person. So a combination of shadow-work (like 'the Work' Byron Katie, or 'Completion Process' Teal Swan), a letting go technique (Sedona Method or Letting Go by Hawkins), breath-work, meditation and whatever helps to become more aware works. Trail and error is the path. Remember 'whatever is rejected from the Self, appears in the world as an event'. So whatever you want to work on, it will be in your awareness and you will feel heavy emotions about it until you really resolve it of have let go of it. The sign that you resolve the issue is; there will be no energy left in the emotion. Not emotion-less, but no energy (you're not triggered). Wish you the best of luck on your journey ?
  13. Thank you for all the responses. I really appreciate it! ?
  14. I feel, as a woman, that there is strong projection and pressure that women need to be strong. Just a search on Google or YouTube gives mostly information on how to be a strong and independent woman. I like some reactions from men and women what your view is on our society regarding strong women. Is this spiral dynamics orange? What is a more green or yellow view?
  15. The cave you fear to enter, holds the treasure you seek. The cure for pain, is in the pain. The slower you go, the faster you get there. Some questions; What payoff am I getting out of this positionality? What gratification, pleasure and satisfaction gives this position which I am stuck in? By making a problem of the addiction taking over and you resisting this, you make yourself the victim of your own behavior. I am victim because... Justifications why I can't change, why it's impossible, why it's not my fault. Identify why it's seems to be an external problem. Identify why the problem is actually an internal problem, find the constrast between the internal and external problem. How I am creating the obstical? What am I avoiding by creating this obstical? What must I believe to be a victim? Only mind-fullness of a deep rooted belief, won't make it go away. Find the root cause , solve it and the external behavior will follow.
  16. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laterality There is a lot of research on the subject of laterality.
  17. Do you want to improve the world? I don't think it can be done. The world is sacred. It can't be improved. If you tamper with it, you'll ruin it. If you treat it like an object, you'll lose it. There is a time for being ahead, a time for being behind; a time for being in motion, a time for being at rest; a time for being vigorous, a time for being exhausted; a time for being safe, a time for being in danger. The Master sees things as they are, without trying to control them. She lets them go their own way, and resides at the center of the circle. Tao te Ching - chapter 29 Be happy in every circumstance. Accept everything, be everything, enjoy everything!
  18. @okulele @Bill W yes! Letting go by Hawkins! A masterpiece
  19. Relationships become extra-ordinary (both are growing) or non existant.
  20. Best tip; Byron Katie - the Work. Watch YouTube vids how it works. Free worksheet from her website; http://thework.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/jyn_en_mod_6feb2019_r4_form1.pdf If you get stuck of have really hardwired believes; try this question; What payoff am I getting out of this positionality? What gratification, pleasure and satisfaction gives this position which I am stuck in? Instead of questioning your beliefs, try letting go of them by using; - The Sedona Method - H. Dwoskin - Letting Go - D. Hawkins (really good book!) - The Presence Process, two extensive talks on YouTube (below the first one) - The Completion Process - T. Swan Start wherever you like. Eventually you will seek deeper and deeper beliefs in yourself. Don't take this work to be easy or light. It will take lots of your time and months of pratice to really see some benefits. But it's really worth it! Good luck on your journey ?
