  22. Def not. When I would go to Shinzen Young's retreats I would just meditate by myself outside away from everyone else. Then I realized, why the fuck am I not just doing my own solo retreats? And thus the solo retreat was born. But you may be different. You may benefit from the structure and camaraderie of a group retreat.
