  1. 1) You should get good at talking about mundane stuff with girls. Rarely will a girl give you much intellectual challenge. That's not really her function. 2) If you value deep intelligent conversations then you should emphasize that when screening girls. Some girls are deeper while most are shallow as a puddle. 3) Most girls will be more interested in people than in things and ideas. This is how girls gotta be to be good mothers. So to some extent you just learn to accept it.
  2. Rather than trying to respond or comfort someone, just get good at listening to them and asking clarifying questions that deepen understanding. Set your intention to simply see his POV, rather than trying to get something out of him. If you do this genuinely he should start to feel validated. This requires openmindedness, curiosity, coming from a place of not-knowing, and dropping your assumptions and expectations. The issue for you will be that you are very emotionally reactive, and if he is too, you two will trigger each other and that won't be sustainable. An emotionally reactive man is a rather weak man and that's gonna create problems in the masculine/feminine dynamic.
  3. If you dream it up, it is. What's foolish is to outsource your dosing of a very dangerous chemical to a fictional entity based on hearsay from a girl. I would not trust a girl to cook me a healthy dinner, nevermind how to dose psychedelics. How about you use your brain to guide yourself?
  4. @Razard86 @Aleister Crowleyy More compassion, less self-righteousness.
  5. Until you meet an alien, it's just hearsay. And even if you meet an alien, anything they tell you will just be more hearsay. Focus on direct experience.
  6. The precise answer is: Nowhere Space is imaginary.
  7. Yes, my videos can present serious challenges to youngsters. Advanced stuff. I will try more to warn of the dangers and traps. Yes, you must master some of the basics of survival before you jump too deep into transcending survival. Basically I assume if you watch my videos that you have handled the material covered in the LP Course. Those are the survival fundamentals. But of course most of you haven't done that. But also I cannot sit around waiting for you. Thanks for the feedback.
  8. What's dangerous and delusional is trusting some "entity" you haven't even seen, and using that as guidance for dosing psychedelics. This is totally irresponsible and violates the fundamental principle of our work here: which is to take 100% responsibility and sovereignty over your development. Stop foolishly trusting others, including your girlfriend. Trust yourself. Think for yourself. If you are putting a chemical into your body the only valid justification for that is because YOU decided it is correct. Not because someone told you, and you are just following orders. You are God. Stop playing games with these "entities". The only thing that exists is yourself.
  9. @CultivateLove I have a video: What Does Awakening Feel Like? which fully explains it.
  10. How about you start framing your political and ethical questions in a Tier 2 way? This isn't kindergarten.
  11. To me they are quite different from each other. Awakening is a radical shift in your state of consciousness in which you become directly conscious that you are dreaming up reality. This is way more than a mere insight, but of course it comes with insight. So in this case insight would be an aspect of awakening. But you can have all sorts of insights which are not awakening and which do not create a shift in your state of consciousness. An insight could be something as minor as realizing how to solve a puzzle game. Insights are way easier to have than awakenings or God-realizations. And insights usually don't change your state very much. The typical person will have hundreds or even thousands of insights in her life, but zero awakenings. An awakening is a very serious event. It's like breaking reality.
  12. @axiom Well then, I should give you candy-asses more beatings.
  13. It's not easy to turn philosophy into a paying career. But it can be done. Academia is one way. Social media is another way. And there are other ways. But any career is hard and takes lots of work. You have to become so good at your field that your work can provide significant value to people. So you might want to seriously contemplate the question: How can I use my love of philosophy to help lots of people and offer massive value?
  14. By realizing that if you live trapped in your fears you will become a miserable and weak husk of a human. All of life boils down to fear vs love. Either you will side with fear or you will side with love. If you side with fear you will become a devil and if you side with love you will become God.
  15. It's a hundred different material factors. If your mom beat you, you will have a much harder time of it, for example. If you were born 1000 years ago, you would be a fucking barbarian.
  16. As long as it inspires you. Many people are too selfish and underdeveloped to get inspired by such a vision tho. So they would need a more material and selfish vision.
  17. @iboughtleosbooklist Take responsibility for your mind. Notice you're not doing that.
  18. It's all fair from the absolute POV since there is no difference between anything. But this will not help with your survival concerns, which is the context of this thread. Survival cannot ever be fair since it is false and finite. Yes, your lack of self-love could kill you. You need to locate the source/root of this self-hate (hint: childhood trauma) and work on healing it. Therapy or psychedelics would be your best bets. I'd try both. This isn't rocket science. But you have to want to face that trauma and heal it. You can't fix it if you don't want to face it. Why do you hate yourself/life? It simply boils down to this question. Dare to answer it. The answer is gonna be something like: you didn't get the love you wanted. And the solution is to go about getting that love.
  19. All kinds of fresh meat + all kinds of fruits & veggies + healthy oils = endless meal options. Pick one from each category and mix and match. Find which ones taste best to you.
  20. 1) I would not trust those hair tests at all. Who knows what chemicals might cover your hair from water, soap, shampoo, etc. 2) The reality is that you have to go with the lesser of all the evils. What else are you gonna cook with? Plastic? Aluminum? Copper? Teflon? Stainless steel seems to be the healthiest kind of material relative to plastic, aluminum, copper, Teflon, and other coated pans. Maybe glass is better, but some glass can contain lead. And you can't really cook well in glass so it's not gonna fly long-term. Also, why would high quality SS contain nickel? 3) You could have easily gotten that nickel from food and drink. That's in fact the most likely source. 4) Do a provoked urine test to really see what is being pulled out of your body. Then chelate if necessary.
  21. To be a serious philosopher you have to be super interested in contemplating the nature of everything. It's not about getting famous, it's about understanding reality. And if you happen to do that long enough maybe one day you will understand reality so deeply that you will generate some unique insights and that could make you a bit famous. It's the same advice as if you asked how to become a world-famous weightlifter: go to the gym every day for many hours per day and lift those weights. If you do it seriously enough, long enough, one day you might become well-known. But don't do it for that reason. Do it only if you enjoy lifting and there's nothing else you'd rather be doing. Philosophy isn't about reading books, it's about understanding reality accurately. Do you even care about understanding reality accurately? If not, philosophy isn't for you.
