I predict that within 5 years LLMs will max out and hit a brick wall. Then researchers will be forced to make new discoveries in architecture. How long those new discoveries take is totally unknown. There are many practical reasons why. Limited time. Masterful insight still requires a lot of time and effort. It's not like you can just to into a new field and have a master level insight right off the bat with no experience. Insight alone is not enough, lots of pratice is required to rewire the mind to align with the insight. Training is always required and training is a long process. Passion is mandatory for mastery. You won't master a thing you don't care about. Passion and can is very limited. When you are as conscious as Ralston you don't care about most human pursuits and you don't care about proving yourself to doubters. Being worldclass also requires alignment with genetics, talent, and personality type. Ralston is talented in martial arts, I am talented in philosophy. We would not be talented in basketball or rap. Basketball requires very specific genetics to be worldclass. It also requires a young age. Many fields may not benefit much from a master insight. I doubt there is much insight needed for basketball. Basketball is more about raw training. Even though I had my insight into game does not make me worldclass at game because I don't enjoy socializing so it doesn't suit me. And I would still need more training. Insight is not a magic pill.

He teaches it, but indirectly. I studied Owen's work for years and practiced it. But I still didn't have that play insight without my God-Consciousness. Of course all great coaches are employing play, but they aren't teaching it that way. I've never heard a coach properly explain the essence of game as I now understand it. They teach techniques and tips. There is a difference between doing techniques that work vs profoud insight into the totality of a dynamic.
