Yes. Alien Consciousness is just an advanced stage of realizing God. God is all sorts of alien consciousnesses. And then there is a level beyond the alien into the minds of dieties. I have been so conscious that I access the minds of dieties. That's unknown yet. Maybe. I am working on something very custom. My retreats will be safer than ayahuasca retreats.

It feeds his ego a lot. He might have a sex addiction. You gotta wonder, what else is there for him to do? It would be painful for him to do something totally different. Serious pickup guys tend to have exceptionally high sex drives. They are basically consumed by sex. Otherwise there's be no point in it. Or they are extremely social. They feed off the socializing.

But see, this isn't needed. If your ego wasn't in it you could optimize your excercise for fun and enjoyment vs pure suffering. You don't need to do crazy leg days. This is just some bad programming you got from these gym-rats. Your legs can be healthy and strong without that extreme workout. Moderate exercise is enough. And then the key is to optimize for enjoyment. Playing a sport might be better than boring and painful lifting. Racket ball is a great workout and fun. That's intelligent vs crazy lifting.

I don't fully know, but it seems the medication called Low Dose Naltrexone helped me a lot. I posted about it on my blog some months ago.

Of course I'm taking people's money. I'm not working for free. Yes, you have to trust my good intentions. If you don't trust me, don't come. I have no need to hold this retreat. This retreat is for you guys to wake the fuck up.

Could be either. Either is good. But I will guide people past all the human baggage to God. Whether you get that is another matter. Some people will need multiple retreats or follow-up work at home.

That will not work for him. He has OCD thoughts. Meditation will only drive him deeper into negative thoughts. He needs to go work on his material life.

Eventually you will become mature and conscious enough to see through the fantasies of strength and beauty. There is no need to be strong. This is a fantasy. There is no need to be more beautiful, this too is a fantasy. But exercise is great for health. So that's the only valid reason to do it. You don't need crazy motivation and crazy lifts. Just moderate lifts and exercise is good enough. Years of lifting get boring regardless. It's like people can't do gym unless their ego is all over it. Here's a crazy idea: how about do gym with zero ego?

I don't buy it. He is still clearly hung up on Orange. Yes, his cognition is Tier 2, but he has strange Orange fixations. Imagine how advanced he would be if he transcended the marketing stuff, sales stuff, pickup stuff, chasing status and luxury, Christianity, and regressive politics. His politics scream Orange fixation. He is a good example of how pickup will hold the mind back from full mature Tier 2 development. He's just too attached to pickup, which is inherently a low activity. No amount of life experience equals psychedelics. Psychedelics are orthogonal to life. He is too closedminded about them.

Bodybuilding is more art than science. All it takes is common sense, great genetics, and some supernatural motivation. Really, bodybuilding is a stupid activity. The intelligent thing is to exercise for health and focus on other matters. If you look deep down, all these gym-rats are insecure egos just looking for love and truth, but totally lost in gym-rat group-think.

You are stuck in obessive thinking. Please consider talking to a therapist, you need it. You are slowly brainwashing yoursef with ideas of death and it will not end well. You need to focus on other things, something healthy and constructive. Please take this advice seriously, we don't want to see you hurt yourself. You are not going to induce an NDE other than through psychedelics. Psychedelics are safer than trying to induce an NDE some other way. Your life is a gift, don't throw it away. Death will come on its own so you don't need to chase after it. Once you are dead you will wish you were alive. You are alive because you wanted to be. You need to work on making your life good and beautiful.

All consciousness is mediated by chemicals. If you think otherwise you are wrong. And whatsmore chemicals are creating your wrongness.

Frankly, this whole PhD thing is irrelevant. Mike gives good fitness advice regardless. His videos are great if you are looking for fitness advice. Being a good scientist is not needed at all for making YT gym videos.
