Because the point of being conservative is to defend corruption. But the point of being left-wing is to cure corruption. When a conservative is corrupt he is be authentic. When a leftist is corrupt he is a hypocrite. Trump is a pig, he acts like one, and pigs love him for it. A Dem cannot do the same because the Dems aspire to more than being pigs. At least true progressives do. The sad reality is that many Dems are also pigs.

Transparency is necessary at the least. The fact that these paid pundits now act like nothing is wrong, nothing to see here, makes it all the more damning. They are acting like they don't even know what conflict of interest is. Basically you need people of integrity, and that will always be rare. Most political pundits will be hacks. I can't really comment on how to best wage a political propaganda war. That's not my area of interest. I focus on truth-seeking and sense-making, which is different from political activism. Can you make a case that things are so bad with Trump that we need an anti-Trump propaganda campaign? Maybe. But I want no part of it. Don't forget that trying to astro-turf a left-wing Joe Rogan may backfire. Dems already had an authenticity problem. These kind of programs feed into the view that Dems are fake. Although of course conservative pundits are shamelessly fake and corrupt and they get away with it.

That's not going to happen. Israel will complete its ethnic cleansing project and destroy the Palestinians. All I want is truth about the matter. If you're going to destroy the Palestinians, at least don't gaslight us about it. Just admit that's what you're doing. At least Hitler was honest about his plans for the Jews. The problem is that Zionists are not conscious of what they're doing. They're in denial about it. They cannot admit it to themselves because it is too ugly to face the truth of it.

@Revolutionary Think You are deflecting from facing the current ethnic cleansing project that Israel is and has been from day one. Just because there was some minor ethnic conflict 100 years ago doesn't mean anything. Ethnic conflicts are a typical thing in the pre-modern world. That does not excuse an ethnic cleansing project in the 21st century funded by American and European resources. I also do not deny that antisemitism exists, especially 100 years ago. But that is irrelevant to what is happening today. You can't keep hiding behind antisemitism. Most of the examples you listed are just the consequences of Zionists enacting an ethnic cleansing project since the 1930s. Ask yourself why Arabs hate Jews. It is not because of your blood, it is because you took -- and continue to take -- their land through violence and subterfuge. If I did not speak out against the falsehoods of Zionism I would be discredited as an intellectual and philosopher. I'm not going end up a Heidegger. Your autonomy was always the goal. But be careful what you put it towards.

Putting children into adult bodies and then having them deal with deadly serious emergencies is a juvenile plot. Why would anyone think that is a good premise for an Alien show? There are many degrees of democracy and the standard we set for ourselves is a low degree. It is convenient to regard democracy as a simple binary so that we can just say we have a democracy and not work towards a high degree of it. America has performative democracy. This is perfect for the ruling class because it makes the masses feel like they live in a democracy but in practice it is an oligarchy.

There is a huge difference between true and false beliefs. A false belief is: the Earth is flat. A true belief is: the Earth is round.

Liberal Zionism is still just as problematic because it masks the ugly reality of ethnic cleansing in a veil of politeness and niceness. Something like 80% of Israelis support this ethnic cleansing project in practice, which is why it continues. "Just the aspiration to have the own land" = 70 years of ethnic cleansing. Liberals in Israel are like liberals in America who supported the Iraq War and war on terror. A liberal Zionist is in a sense less honest than a right-wing Zionist because the right-wing Zionist knows and accepts that ethnic cleansing is what this project involves while the liberal Zionist lies to himself about it. For far too long liberal Zionists have given cover for the crimes of the hardcore Zionists who carry out the dirty business. Sorry, but it's time to stop kidding each other about what Zionism really involves.

It has great production value and sets. The plot is juvenile and sorta ruins the Alien lore. But it is still entertaining to watch. Just don't expect it to be as great or as serious as the original Alien films. It's like high-budget Alien fan fiction. I am enjoying it.

This is not a good position. You need dating and relationship experience before you get married and have kids. Dating is responsible. But if you want to delay it for a few years, that's fine. 29 is still very young. You can still date at 35 and older. But I recommend you don't delay too long because the more you delay that harder it gets. Dating is really a young man's game. If you're going to delay a few years to make some serious money, that is okay. But then make sure you actually do that, rather than making this some never-ending excuse. It's easy to keep inventing excuses for not dating because dating is scary and challenging. Use your time efficiently and wisely -- that's the point.

Depends on what you want out of life. There's no reason why you couldn't raise your consciousness and also be successful in business. There are many healthy forms of business. Don't forget that there are ways of making millions of dollars while also doing good for the world. You could sit down, write a book, and make a million dollars and this does not contradict being highly conscious.

It is not fake but that doesn't mean you will be able to do it. It depends on genetics.

Power is survival. Humans are always after more survival. Of course there are many new ideas. We need more people thinking new ideas. The problem is that most people are so politically dogmatic and conformist that they don't allow new ideas to enter their mind. It is worthwhile to invent better, newer forms of government, but these ideas need to be grounded and realistic to our current development level. Humans are very predictable, but society is evolving all the time. It just looks slow from an individual's POV.

I call it ethnic cleansing. Which is what they explicitly say they do. Their own leaders say it. This is a matter of historical record, not opinion. Palestinians were and continue to be cleansed off that land. There's just no serious doubt that that's what Israeli settlement policy has always been. The settlers themselves admit it.
