Once you found a good book there is no other skill but to sit and focus and listen. And if a section of a book gets too repetitive you can skip forward 10-20 minutes and see if it gets any better.

All the above and I can just take days off to listen.

Just cause Western medicine don't work doesn't mean Eastern does.

The difference is Israel keeps doing it today. They are not interested in decolonizing. Meanwhile there are millions of oppressed people who are denied self-determination. -
Netanyahu isn't wrong, Iran would be better off without radical Islamists rulers. But there is no way of removing Islamism from Iran by force. Attempting to do so will only impower the radicals. And it is not for Netanyahu to decide who should rule Iran, as if Iran can decide who should rule Israel.

@Revolutionary Think Don't stretch the analogy too far. If that is your characterization of the founding of Israel, you severely underinformed about basic history. Israel wasn't founded through self-defense, it was founded by aggression and terrorism. -
Women are driven by emotions, not money. When you understand this, you've mastered women.

That's what I was speaking to. Ethics in general should tell you that once you're not hungry, you should stop robbing banks. -
Yellow is more individualistic, Turquoise is more Global Tribe. That Global Tribe aspect is fundamental.

At this point, no. It's all just pure intuition for me now. I rapidly flip through videos, websites, news, books, audio books, speeches, podcasts -- and rapidly and intuitively sort the crap from the gold. It's all about finding the gold in a ocean of crap. I used to hold books and people in high regard. Now I just pick through their bones like a vulture looking for the organ meat. If I see no organ meat I fly off to the next carcass. #EpistemicVulture

Yeah, but when does it stop? When does Israel feel secure enough? It's one thing to have committed ethnic cleansing 70 years ago. But it's another thing to keep pushing and pushing even in 2024. It's like you robbed a bank to feed your children 20 years ago, but now you rob banks every month even though your children are fat and drive Mercedes. -
Ken Wilber And look for others. To really understand Turquoise requires doing the work of finding Turquoise examples. Each new solid example of you find will get you closer and closer to understanding Turquoise. But the trick is not to confuse New Age Green people or nondual or mystical people with Turquoise people. Sorting out those differences is all part of the work to reach Turquoise. It's hard because so few people are there that you don't even know what "there" means.

No I haven't. It's still some months out.

Yeah, that's my life. You should not be taking iodine if you have Hashimotos. That's only going to make it worse. Iodine is a treatment for non-Hashimotos thyroid problems. That doesn't apply to you. Stop taking iodine.

The motivation to do ethnic cleansing is irrelevant to whether one is doing ethnic cleansing. You could do evil things for seemingly good reasons. For example, you could rob a bank because your children are hungry. But that doesn't negate the fact that a bank robbery happened. Being a victim of abuse does not give license nor justification to abuse others. It's understandable why Jews want a homeland -- to avoid historical abuse -- but does that mean that Jews are free to commit any degree of crime to create that homeland? Such logic cannot hold. Especially since Palestinians played no part in the Holocaust. -

It mostly takes too much time. You can make a small list of top take-aways at the end of each book.

I underline if I have a physical book. But 95% of my "reading" is audio books now.

Stop poisoning your mind with toxic social media and then spreading it here. You are consuming outrage bait, designed to make clicks and money, not to make sense of reality. Stop falling for this. You are radicalizing yourself with fantasies. You need to get off the internet and go build a real life. I have told you this many times. Please listen. You are going to force me to ban you because you refuse to listen or change. You keeping going deeper and deeper into poisonous ideology and we cannot have that in this work.

I read 5-10 books at a time. Linear, not jumping around. But I will skip intros and irrelevant or useless parts. No notes. If a book is bad or low info, I stop reading it and look for a better one.

This dude better shut up or he's getting his land stolen

@Carl-Richard I think you gotta ground understanding of Turquoise by looking at concrete examples of Turquoise people. This will be much more accurate than going off high level abstractions. Study Turquiose individuals.

Hitler radicalized himself against Jews when he was a young homeless man in Vienna. Hilter consumed virulent anti-Jew newspapers and literature. Hitler was looking for someone to blame for his misery and the downfall and humiliation of Germany post WWI.
