It's not ideal, but that can still be within normal range.

@Danny777 Keep trying. Most likely you're doing something wrong. Learning to properly vaporize and inhale 5-MeO-DMT is not so easy. It can take a lot of trial and error. You must deeply breathe in and hold the vapor in your lungs. You can try snorting or plugging it. -

It's really simple: Anyone who takes Trump as a serious leader automatically reveals himself as a clown. Only a fool would support Trump. This has always been the case since 2015. And it only gets truer with each passing day. -

You can find a surprising amount of happiness in being somebody. At least until you lose your health. -

It's very problematic to look at enlightenment as a function of time. It's more a function of effort. You can meditate for 40 years and never awaken. Because your effort is still weak. If you are serious about awakening you need to start doing week-long and even month-long retreats. Awakening via 1 hour per day of meditation is virtually impossible. You need to reach a certain escape velocity, which is almost impossible to do but through uninterrupted retreats. -

@Mirko Maybe you should take a break for a few years, enjoy life, and return to pursuing awakening after that. Things can change. It seems you're stuck with the methods you've been using. You may discover new ones after a break. Awakening requires a certain ripeness and maturity of the student. Most people simply aren't ripe for it because they have karma to burn off, so to speak. So go burn off some karma by participating is normal life. -

Police are trained to deal with hostile situations and they are given tools and weapons for such purposes. What if a social worker walked up to George Floyd and he had a gun? You see the problem? You can't know ahead of time which situations will go hostile. It's all too easy to Monday-morning quarterback about it once you see the video. But it's very different when its happening to you in real-time and your life is on the line. You must take into account the fog of war. Life is easy when you assume no fog of war.

That's, like, your relative opinion, man. -

You think you're being smart when really you're just acting out self-biases of your mind and not self-reflecting. All your political opinions and attachments are stemming from the ego-mind. Be mindful of that. -
Real war-correspondents like Chris Hedges get seriously traumatized. Chris Hedges talks about how he had to retire from war-corresponding because it took such a huge emotional toll on him. Many of his best friends were killed, etc.

I was speaking simplistically. I was not making a public policy prescription. Obviously access to psychedelics must be regulated in some way and people must be taught how to use them safely and effectively. -
Certainly this should be done, and I assume it is being done by the police in that city. Of course a 5 minute+ choke-hold should not be allowed. That is a misuse of a choke-hold. Choke-holds should only be done in extreme cases and for short periods of time (let's say, 1 min max).

It makes an enormous difference because giving up biases reduces your suffering and increases your health and happiness. -

There is nothing wrong with anything. But your preferences are biases, limits, and attachments, which have corresponding consequences. A devil can have biases, but God cannot. If you select to have biases then you will suffer the inherent limitations of those biases. If you want to reduce your suffering and increase your love, then you must give up as many biases as possible until you ultimately give them all up. Which is impossible to do and stay alive. So you are caught in an existential bind: if you want to stay alive you must have biases. But you will suffer for them. Or you can surrender all biases and end all suffering but you will no longer be alive. -
@Heart of Space There is always opportuinity for mistakes and abuse. You should read how Don Beck uses Spiral Dynamics in the Middle East to help them resolve problems. He's totally non-judgmental about it. That is the power of Spiral Wizardry. You use SD to fasciliate people in a gentle and loving way. You don't use it to demonize people. The beauty of SD is that it can remove all demonization and judgment of less developed people. But it takes work to become a Spiral Wizard. It's not as easy as merely knowing the stages.

Sure, and I support that in cases where it makes sense. Social work is probably best behind the front lines. You don't want to send sensitive Green people into hostile and hot situations on the streets. Don't forget, social workers can easily get burned out if you send them into potentially violent stage Red situations. You can't just send social workers into Iraq or the hood. They will get chewed up like a dog bone.

@WHO IS You are confusing ego-mind with God. You are God, but that doesn't mean ego-mind is God. (But also it is.) Ego-mind is what strives to control. Ego-mind is what thinks that when it realizes God it will have the full powers of God. But this is not how it works because God does not control anything. God is Love. Love is not something to be manipulated for personal gain. God can't act out some selfish need as that would turn God into a devil. So in practice by realizing you are God you lose all control because you surrender it for the sake of Love. You can think of awakening as you saying: "Oh! I see! I have been a devil this whole life. Now I choose to give up all my devilry for Love." And of you do this, you become God. Otherwise you stay a devil. The cost of God-realization is surrender of self, all control, and having reality turn out good for you. Which is of course why it's so rare. Are you willing to give it all up for Love? No! Cause you like being a devil. You can't imagine another reality because you are busy imagining this one. You are committed to staying alive as you. -
There is a problem of defining terms here. You can certainly dream other dreams after this dream ends, which might include lower or higher realms. But I wouldn't call that death proper. Death proper would be Absolute Infinity. It's what happens when all dreaming stops. You're gonna need a really powerful psychedelic to glimpse Absolute Infinity.

It looks like what would happen if you take the entire universe and shrink it back down to a singularity prior to the Big Bang. This singularity is pure Infinity. Pure Oneness. Pure Love. Pure Peace. Heaven. Heaven is not a place full of delicious food, piles of gold, or hot sex. Heaven is the absolute lack of distinction between any two things. Complete indifference. Complete Self-Reunion. It is not good or positive in the traditional human sense because it tranacends goodness to Absolute Good. Which is Nothing. The ego hates this idea, but fortunately death will kill the ego so it won't be a problem because there will be no one to care. Death is only bad as long as you are alive. Once you're dead, death is great. Death is just an illusion. Once you die you don't regret it because regret requires being alive. Death feels like liberation. Liberation from limitation, as you become unlimited.

@Leilani Death is Infinite Love.
