    Make a check-list of what you want, then roll up your sleeves and get to work. All that material shit is straight-forward to get. There's no mystery to it.   19. I eat antarctic krill oil. I wouldn't worry about fish oil too much. I think it's made from small fish like sardines, which have low mercury content.
