  1. Those are all good and valid. You have no form, but you also have form. The human form is also Absolute. Do not overlook form. Those are all facets of God. But you still have yet to grasp as a whole what God is and how it works. What is God? << that's the key question to crack. Answers such as "awareness" or "consciousness" or "nothingness" are partially correct, but not good enough. Those are glancing strikes. You must hit the nail right on the head to reach complete self-understanding. Of course. It's just a matter of realizing this more holistically. Look at your hands. Your body is God. This is what God looks like. God has a human body. God is a singular being who creates itself using infinite imagination. You are that being pretending to be human. You are an Infinite Dreamer. YOU! YOU! YOU! No one else but you. Just look at what you dreamed up.
  2. My work has a strong bias towards pure understanding. Pure understanding is not always useful and it does not promise you embodiment. My work is not results oriented. So if you care about maximizing results you have a different value set than me.
  3. It's so obvious that you can't prove everything that it is laughable that any serious person could believe otherwise. And yet that's how rationalists behave.
  4. I overlooked so such thing. I was not talking about a selfish desire. You guys here way over-project egoic desire. Not everything other than Nothingness is an egoic desire. This kind of redictionism is problematic and stunts exploration of consciousness. This is why I shouldn't even share my deepest goals with you. You don't get.
  5. Yes, the first stages of encountering God will have an "otherness" quality to it. You will probably not understand it is you, at first. Getting rid of all otherness takes lots of work. Many people hold the belief that being God is somehow arrogant or egotistical.
  6. All words create duality. If you don't want duality, stop wording.
  7. Yes, but that's not what is being considered in my question. The question is how to change the physical flow of material reality. For example, I once was so conscious I could almost reach a point where I could turn on and off the lights in my room using my mind. But I still was not conscious enough. According to my theory, if you become conscious enough you should be able to send an email to anyone in the world using your mind. The only thing stopping it is your lack of consciousness.
  8. Meh, most such people aren't gonna be powerful enough to perform miracles. I think the real key is having insane levels of consciousness -- beyond even what most psychedelics allow. I just don't know how it can be sustained.
  9. "Egoic desire clung to and dragged into / mixed with God-realization?" This is what you think a miracle is? You got a low opinion of miracles.
  10. Go drink your soy milk
  11. @The0Self It is problematic to regard the desire for self-understanding as "egoic". Very problematic. Be careful not to create a shadow out of the mind. Self-understanding is the highest of desires. And be careful not to create a shadow out of desire.
  12. Nothingness = Formless = Form = Something = Everything = Void Void is right here, right now. Your ass is the Void even while it looks like an ass.
  13. The context of this thread is what unanswered questions I have about reality. I pursue things for pure understanding of them. I have a desire to understand what a miracle is. Not to perform it but to understand it.
  14. You are imagining the difference between real and imaginary.
  15. Not necessarily. It depends on the person and method. Most casual meditation is so weak it might even be counter-productive.
  16. Yes, so we have some structure to it. Of course you regular members can help out whenever you're able.
  17. You can develop many soul mates. Intimacy can be consciously created. It doesn't just have to be something that thrusts itself on you. Take responsibly for creating your soul mate connection. Love is not such a limited thing.
  18. She doesn't have to accept it. But he also doesn't have to accept her. You gotta find people with whom you fit. That's key. You can't really change people.
  19. Abundance mindset Not saying you should do this, but: if you are a guy and you don't have enough energy to bang two girls, you've got some serious energy problems.
  20. When females are injected with testosterone, their sex drive increases and they are more interested in having casual sex without care for any guy in particular. The sex drive created by testosterone is of such a character that it is indifferent to who it is having sex with. The female sex drive is different in that it is highly selective and tends to only want sex with one specific person. Whereas the male sex drives does not care who it has sex with. This is difficult for females to accept and understand because to understand it requires having testosterone running through your blood. Which you actually could do. But then you might grow a mustache. Male and female sex drives are quantitatively and qualitatively different. But nothing I said is a justification for any kind of behavior. You can't derive an ought from an is. Certainly men can be in monogamous relationships. Although the more testosterone your man has the more sexual variety he will tend to demand. Porn is actually a good way to keep your man from cheating on you, since it creates a sort of release valve. It helps to understand that your man is not falling in love with the girls in the porn. That's not how a man's mind works. Also, the porn is never as good as real sex, so you're not going to lose a man to porn. Jerking off to Facebook friends? That is admittedly weird and creepy.
  21. That's not how it works for most people. You could meditate for 1 hour per day for 40 years and never reach enlightenment. But if you combined all those hours into a single block that is 2 weeks long, you are way more likely to reach enlightenment. This is why hardcore retreats are so important and why most normies who do casual meditation will never reach enlightenment. Enlightenment is rare precisely because you can't build it up like a muscle in most cases, you need to go balls to the wall for a breakthrough, and most people are too unseriousness to meditate for 2 weeks straight. It is possible to develop some meditation muscle slowly over years, but more than likely such weak sauce will not get you to radical mystical consciousness. This is why monks exist. It's just much more effective to go hardcore as a monk.
  22. No, I don't find contemplation effective for accessing higher states. Although I contemplate all the time to get minor insights for videos an such. Meditation works better for that in my experience. But it's still too weak.
