Is it? Or you just don't know the grand design?
-
I have half an outline for it. But it's sort of a half-baked topic. I need to figure out how to make it meaningful. I have half an outline for it.

The Universe works based on physical laws. God is not violating physical laws to suit your ego. So what you're wondering is why are the physical laws as they are and not otherwise? The answer will be something like: because that's how they need to be in order for things to work. God doesn't personally muck around with his Creation. God sets up the structure and lets it unfold organically. Humans have this silly notion that God should personally muck around to micro-manage reality. But that would mean God was an idiot for creating a flawed reality that needed his micromanagement. Think about it, if you're going to create any system, would you create a system that requires constant micro-management from you or it falls apart? Or would you create a system that just works perfectly without any further intervention from you? The choice is obvious. And of course every creature inside that system will wish that the system's design was skewed more to favor him. Like every player in a soccer game would wish the referee always ruled in favor of him. But that would be a corrupt referee and a corrupt game.

You are asking questions that are so fundamental that question-begging becomes the only way. Because you're asking about an Absolute. An Absolute is true under all conditions. You are seeking some kind relative answer to an Absolute, which is an error in questioning. Absolute Perfection is not an argument, it's just what is. What you want is Heaven, where all your dreams are fulfilled without limit. You can have that but you'd need to die. To be alive means to not have Heaven. The only reason you are alive is because you are too scared to die. So here you are. Your own mind is contradicting itself. On the one hand you want all your wishes fulfilled without limit -- which is Absolute Infinity -- on the other hand you do not wish to surrender your human life. And then you sit then wondering about lazy arguments, lost in your own egoic contradictions. You are too terrified of Infinity to actually have it. That's why you are so limited. You talk about love and spirituality and truth, but you will not actually take Infinite Love if it was given to you.

This one is sketchy but interesting:

@vinc3nc That's incredible!

I didn't mean it like that. Of course God could give you a million dollars without you losing your sanity. The point was that reality requires consistency. If God only gave you a million dollars by some magic means, that would violate the consistency of reality and it wouldn't be fair to everyone else. Why should God serve you at everyone else's expense? This is an evil thing to ask for. And yes, a million dollars given to you by magic, is theft from everyone else. That's like God counterfeiting a million dollars. You are literally asking God to be a criminal on your behalf. Think of how insane that request is. You cannot be given a million dollars out of thin air without it being theft from the rest of society. Dollars only have value relative to their supply. It's like asking, why doesn't Nintendo give every Mario player a million coins? They certainly could. But it would break the game. Games require constraints. I've explained this elsewhere and you should be smart enough to understand this yourself without me having to tell you. The ultimate reason God cannot give you a million dollars is because God's Creation is already perfect. It cannot be improved upon. It's your limited finite mind that thinks that getting a million dollars would make the Universe better. But it wouldn't. It would make the Universe worse. So the answer to this question is that you don't have enough intelligence to see that any change you wish God to make to suit you is actually worse for the totality of the Universe. I can't answer all questions in one video. I've answered this question already in other videos. This video was not about explaining why God doesn't suit your ego. Reality isn't any other way because reality is Absolute Perfection. It is literally impossible to improve reality. Any improvement you can imagine would make it worse. But you need Intelligence to see it. If you're thinking with your ego then it won't make sense. There is only ONE Absolute Perfection. This is it.

@Natasha Tori Maru Chill your asshole dear.

@zurew I'm not going to deconstruct all of academic logic for you in a forum post. You failed to demonstrate even a basic understanding of the issues in this field. So I'm not going to invest time explaining it. Nothing personal against you. I just have little patience for such things.

In Balkans everyone eats rats.
-
@zurew You talk about things that require such epistemic depth to understand, yet you talk of it like some set of blind rules one can follow. That is why I am so dismissive. I am not going to spell out a decade of epistemic gems to you with such an attitude. Go ahead and follow your rules into human delusion. Nothing I speak of can be understood without insane application of intelligence. You should know this by now. It is insulting for me to have to explain that to you. That's exactly what academics are. A bunch of monkeys following rules. Join them if you wish.

No! Understanding requires Consciousness. You are missing such basic understanding that I don't have the space or time here to fix it. I would need to write a whole book to point out all the problems of your view.
-
The part you're missing is that math IS the real world. Math is Mind. There is not boundary between Mind and world. I know your point. There is nothing interesting there. It is bog standard academic philosophy. The distinctions between a prior and a posteriori knowledge and analytic vs synthetic knowledge is human crap. I am talking about more serious and profound things while you talk of standard logical dogma. I have no interest in discussing that.

Chris Langan, Plotinus, Spinoza, Sri Aurobindo, Liebnitz, etc. There are folks.

Monkeys monkey more when you get them drunk and give them a box of hand grenades.

Using love to avoid truth is more common. -
That problem is addressed simply by being mindful not to bullshit oneself as one goes about survival. Obviously non-veganism is not about starvation, it's about convenience, taste, habit, and culture. Old habits die hard (i.e., survive)
-
That's the devilish challenge. It's a good exercise for flexing and clarifying your own understanding of God. If you really know God you should be able to out-argue an atheist and use this own logic against him.
-
Survival requires much more than just avoiding immediate death. That is a very shallow notion of survival. If survival worked in such a low IQ way we would all be dead a long time ago. Survival is all the activity that comes with maintaining life. And more.
-
It's not the same thing. I see how people use it. Use it to not think.

Lab rat meat for all! Coming soon.

Rationalizing rape is survival.
-
What a rationalization. Emerald is right here. Eat what you want but stop kidding yourself.
-
Yes, it's a real problem. Major disruption and chaos ahead. None of us really know how to prepare for it. However, humans who merely use AI to think for them will forever be stupid. Like your philosopher friend. You can't short-circuit contemplation any more than you can short-circuit physical exercise. A robot cannot do your pushups for you. A robot cannot think for you. So flexing your intellect is still necessary. As far as what careers will still be viable in 10 years, it's really hard to say.
