Emotions are a blockage in this work!

Emotions are a very important part of most of us, is one of the most important drives of our lifes...and even maybe they were for starting the spiritual path...

But at one point they must be abandoned if one wants to go beyond the typical forces of the ego and survival.

What does this mean? Well, it means that if you are doing things right, emotion won't be an important thing in your life. A car does not need emotion to move, just the necessary ingredients.

A full actualized human neither. Emotion was constructed for survival, there is nothing beautiful or romantic about it .

Of course, a sweet loving emotion is way better than an angry emotion state. But, is still Maya, survival forces, and ultimately, not liberation or Mastery of the game.

But what about Love? 

Of course, the actual Love we are seeking, is not an emotion. It goes beyond human emotion. Is a state of consciousness beyond those petty limited emotions.

The same goes with any other kind of "High state" of consciousness. One of the common denominator is that there won't be emotion in it. Because emotion (any kind) implies suffering, limitations, knot, entanglement, attachment. It won't let you fully be free, it won't set you free from the bounds. Explosion can not happen if there is emotion in your system.
