is life beyond human capabilities ?

as i was contemplating human life, i noticed that our happiness is very fragile: a depression, a physical disease, a mental illness, a toxic relationship, a lack of comfort, a lack of education, bad luck... can ruin our happiness. 

so i was wondering is life beyond our capabilities ? maybe we're just here to suffer and suck it up, always looking into the future, having glimpses of happiness... 

maybe life is just a meaningless suffering way.
