Can I give Awakening Guidance even when I still may not have Full blown Awakening?

Well , I feel the call to start officialy giving guidance for people to start their baby steps into Awakenings and possibility of the Total Awakening or God Realization but I still honestly think and feel I need some 5meo experience to consideryself fully realized, even when Leo himself say there is no end for this journey. So Leo, do you think one need to at least do some 2 ,3 , 4 ... 5meo to embarc into giving guidance or is possible to do it as one go? You yourself was giving some pointers years ago and later gave higher instructions when you reached new levels. 

I am not asking your permission of course, just asking your perspective.
