A lovely story about spiritual integirty

[LSD-Rumi]

A disciple tells a story about his sufi master that happened in fornt of his eyes. The master just have finished his talk and he is preparing to leave, he entered his car, a person then hurried to close the door for the respected and loved master. They kept talking for a minute and the master was smiling and giving his blessing for that person and then he left. The mastered calmly opened the door of the car and brought in his bloody hand and fingers. It turns out that person closed the door on the master's hand and the master didn’t want for that person to feel sorry and hate himself for closing the door on his beloved master, so he made sure he never knew 

This is the true test of love, not silly spiritual talk and philosophical masturbation. Spiritual insight should be backed up by a lot of spiritual integrity.
