It is a volunteer program for youth in Europe to be able to do good in all manner of projects all over Europe. For projects lasting over a month, they pay for your travel (there and back), your food, your accomodation and even give you pocket money. I participated last year in a 3 month project in summer helping in wildlife restoration in portugal. You get to travel, meet people and make a difference! No strings attached.

Now if you have nothing to do this summer or want a gap year but have no money for travel go out there and make a difference!

 

Note: this is not bullshit. It's literally almost too good to be true. For American citizens you have something similar called the peace corps.
