So It's Christmas. Believed or not, imagined or real, it doesn't;t matter. Since you feel deep in your heart what is beautiful is true. So I'll leave you with this profound speech from Alan Watts: Mystical Origins of Christianity. Jesus and His Religion. This is by far one of the most important eye-opening speeches ever, especially for a western - culture modern man. It's Christmas time. I celebrate this event as an approximate date of the incarnation of One of The Greatest Yogi who ever walked on the sacred Planet Earth. To quote Alan Watts: "The true gospel is that Jesus of Nazareth was a Powerful Son of God that came to open Your eyes that You Are Too."

I experience man's life in the modern western world, with all its ups and downs. Mine ups and downs. Maybe, despite being deeply on, as we could say, the eastern path - as Kundalini Yoga certainly is - I feel a deep spiritual connection to western modern mystics like Alan Watts, Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, Leo Gura, and Mooji. Especially when I recognize the demons they had fought or still fighting, still healing, are the same as mine...

Anyway, even if you have watched this video below, watch it again, and contemplate it.

What is the most powerful - when you realize that Christmas is a kind of a reminder, the awakener, that this Universal Cosmic Consciousness, full of unconditional love, compassion, patience, wisdom, acceptance, and forgiveness, is actually Who You Really Are. All.
