Questions Regarding Daily Affirmation

3 posts in this topic

Have a few questions regarding Daily Affirmations.

1) Should they all focus on one category, (for example productivity) or can they be diverse (for example productivity and self love).

2) How do you get the best time to effect ratio with them? (For example how important is it to do them daily and do they get less effective if you do them very long at a time. (For example a multiple hour session))

Well that’s my list. Would you change something about it?

I can completely change myself how I want.

I will do daily affirmations my entire life.

I can archieve my goals.

I have unlimited energy.

I do important things immediately.

I am healthy.

I am funny.

I love to be funny.

I can find something funny in every situation.

I am confident.

I love to be social.
I am the core of the group.

I am good enough.

I am loveable.

2) You wanna do that for several hours??

Given what you say later, I don’t think that’s realistic to do emotionally ?

In general it's important to know that none of this is about the words that you use, and it is all about how you feel when you say them. So if you tell yourself three times a day for fifty days that you're confident or that you love to be social, it won't make much of a difference UNLESS your emotions match your affirmations. Which is why it's equally important to investigate the emotions that are holding you back, such as fear, doubts etc.

Oh okay. Well I think that goes perfectly hand in hand because if I feel resistance when doing affirmations I can get into that resistance right away.
