Where does wisdom come from?

Are some ppl born more wise than others?  Does it come from early stage childhood development?  It obviously can be acquired through experience and pain and reflection.  Does having higher raw intelligence make it easier for one to become wise or is there no connection at all?

The intellectual mind comes from Infinity too, just also from finite (veiled) reckoning and measuring of Infinity.

I feel like some people are more apt to remember their true nature as God because they've been through many reincarnation cycles before. You may hear people referencing themselves as "starseeds" or "wanderers" or recalling memories from their past lives. A lot of people hear this and just interpret it as egoism but if you ask me the crazy woo woo people are onto something.
