OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE

Have anyone of you experienced a feeling similar to out of body experience but not really the same. its more like a feeling of being out of of this world sort of. Like not belonging here or something like that. i experience it occasionally. i definitely feel like i dont really belong here lol. Was wondering if i am the only one and what could that mean?

I feel like I am not even in a body. I feel like my body is inside of Me!
