Ketamin longterm storage

I want to stornage Keta inrasa ampoule for as long as possible. 

What is the best way of longterm  storage for Keta inrasa ampoule? 5 to 10 years would be good. Should I dry it and convert it to fine powder? And then in fridge - 18°celsius?
