Being lost versus total quietness

1 post in this topic

The more mature you're the less there is to think about and that's because everything is so clear to you that your mind becomes silent. So there is downside to maturing per se; you can't have cool insights to any subject of life same pace as you used to have and when something comes up it usually is not too deep. It's like mining diamonds and the more you do the less there is to find and smaller in size are the next possible discoveries. It just is that the more deeply you understand something the more shallowness you'll see in it.

At this point many could say that nah you get it completely backwards, but just continue reading.

Deepness of subject isn't the same than the amount of content, but more a like potentiality to give intellectual insight or understanding. So seeing endless content can blind many newbies, but those are just things you could memorize and memorizing isn't understanding, sorry. Understanding means that you can come up with new insights using solely your previous insights. Understanding also means that you are able to talk around the subject and aren't locked in just remembering some fact or two.

So being lost in life can be funny in a sense that you can theorize about things a lot and think about devilness of others and wonder about everything. "Normies" have always some kind of drama going on and they think about social situations, friendships and relationships like a Sherlock Holmes; "How he could say something like that", "She doesn't deserve him" etc. When you are very conscious you just see that everyone is acting out of love and they do the best possible action based on their inner rationalization.

Same logic goes to friendships. Either you don't understand each other and there is almost nothing deep to talk about or you understand each other so well that there is nothing deep to talk about. Even this whole post doesn't have any use if you - the precious reader - don't get insights from it or find someone who thinks exactly like you which actually just doesn't help anyone ?. That's why I like to teach people stuff, because those are the only interactions where there is something deep to be shared.

To whoever resonated with what I just said - you're so deep in this rabbit hole that it is almost scary.
