How to have a healthy stage blue without identity?

Greetings all.

How do I have a healthy stage blue reflected to me and in me without identifying with a country or geographical area.

When I was younger I used to have no identity related to country, the opposite in fact. Then I had no ego or identity for a brief time. Since I have gone back down the conscious ladder to come back up again, I've realised and increased my identity related to my country and continent, giving me a healthy respect for law, order etc. This however has meant I now identify with my Local Community, also Country and Europe. I don't know how not to, without losing the structure by which I  enjoy law, order, and collective security or safety that I now value. I believe these values originate from the countries, governments and communities that I am now feeling part of.

*I know it all comes from me. Having the illusion of having 50,000 me's all in unison and 50 million for the country gives a great deal of support for that identity and value structure.
