Plastic detoxification

for 3 years I've been drinking water strictly from spring water bottles as I want to avoid heavy metals, But recently I've found out that they contain a lot of microplastics which scare me as I've been consuming so much...

so it would be much appreciated if anyone could point me to any methods to detox from plastic
