Finding the inner feminine and leading it?

Alright, so if the idea is to find your "inner feminine" and "lead it", then what is it to "find my inner feminine" and what is it to "lead it"? How will I experientially know that I am working on the skills of "finding" and "leading" those things?

EDIT: This guy's website is nuts. His coaching calls are up to 90k a year. Wtf!! Yeah I get it, it's for rich mothafuckas, but damn. There's gotta be another resource out there for me in my friggin price range.
