6 s equal suc cess

my life in six s's

divide the 24 hours into 6 groups of 4hrs

1st and 2nd 4hr = sleep

3rd 4hr  = spiritual (sit still)

4th 4rh = social stuff

5th 4hr = survial (take care of the outer body and the bottom line)

6th 4hr = study (read write watch ...)

shall save the 6th s for some other time ... 6th is a statement of purpose, philosophy of life, epistemological underpinning type of thing, redefining the word success in terms of another s-word hmmm

sharing this as i have been doing exactly this for several years
