How to be grounded while doing spiritual work

     Ever since my awakening I've been having some serious grounding issues. I found when I ground myself back into normal everyday existence, I forget about spirituality.

     If you take a look at the modern western culture, it is not about spirituality or truth whatsoever. Its predominantly about

• Consumerism
• Materialism 
• Religious doctrine
• Lies and deceptions
• The materialist paradigm
• Survival
• Popularity or having "clout"
• Toxic food
• Making money rather than providing true significant value
• Entertainment and pleasure ect

     What I'm saying here is basically relating to Leo's episode " 30 ways society fucks you in the ass" and its true that society exploits your lower self. So when it comes to grounding yourself back into normal existence how can you ground yourself more significantly?

     Because I know that if you don't live the typical western lifestyle that's pertained to the nonsense that I listed in the bullet points above, you're automatically classified and labeled as weird or crazy from people including your family.

     When I talk about me having grounding issues I dont mean that I'm acting like a full on lunatic madman behaving in a child like matter on social media or in public. I precisely mean that I'm having issues with grounded myself back into reality when the western culture is predominantly about low consciousness nonsense and exploiting your lower self.

I also feel like when you ground yourself back into the western culture that you're part in, it can often lead to alot of zen devilry. If Leo could make a video about grounding I would definitely appreciate it. I feel like alot of people go through this when they have an awakening and it's not only me.
