The Pros And Cons Of The School System

I don't know if Leo ever mentioned the school system itself in any of his videos. I would love to hear his opinion on the school system and its pros and cons. I'd like to know what he benefited from school, but also what aspects of school derailed his personal development. I would also like hear what advice he can give to high school/college dropouts and people who don't plan to go to college.
