Best exercises for digestive health?

I've been suffering from digestive issues for a long time now and used to have reflux that symptoms are gone for with just consciously eating foods I know are good for me and not doing excessive running/biking that seemed to make it worse. Now instead of being okay with the situation, I've started taking the bull by the horns now and trying to manipulate it as much as possible, Leo's video on his health gave me some extra fire, so thanks for that Leo.

To give a bit more information about my situation, I'm currently in a good shape physically as I used to go the gym 3 times a week followed by 1 hiit session and now instead play padel/racketball 4-5 times a week. After finding padel I pretty much had no motivation to go the gym/do hiit sessions as padel kept me in a good physical shape and was more social and fun. I want to add a bit more balance to my exercising routine and perhaps introduce some entirely new activities or go back to doing the gym a couple times a week if that makes sense. I know exercise has a huge impact on digestive health and feel like I am potentially missing out on some of the benefits from just playing padel. I recall hiit sessions having a very good impact on my digestive health if I remember correctly. Open to any suggestions, thank you for your time.

Thinking about it from an ayurvedic standpoint, anything that would increase digestive fire (agni) in the body would be a good exercise. There are many different pranayama techniques that you can practice daily. I practice "kapalbhati" regularly. There are also many tips and tricks that would better your digestion.

In general, weak core muscles contribute to weak digestion so I think all core muscle exercise would be of benefit.

This is very well said that every disease roots comes from your digestive system if your digestive system is healthy there is not any chance that any disease could grab you, There are many exercises for a healthy digestive system such as 1. Crunches 2. Situps and Ayurveda also have the solution to the bad digestive system by doing kapalbhati and pranayam.
