I've been on nofap hard mode for 1 year , my life has improved a lot , I'd like to know why Leo never mentioned this topic in his videos and talked about the benefits of abstaining from sex / sexual thoughts.

 

the benefits i experienced on 1 year of nofap : mental clarity , more energy , more happiness , i stopped treating women as sexual objects, I'm less nervous around people and especially hot women , I'm not a slave to my sexual desires any more.
