Which oral irrigator should I get?

I have some problems with gingival pocket. It's extremely annoying because it causes stiffness in my neck and shoulder 

I'm considering getting one like this from Lidl? Any other recommendations?

I need to go to dentist..

I have this issue because of dental filling - one tooth is too low and food like meat is getting stuck there easily. It's getting better but it's challenging to heal it if I eat.
