Today I start my first journal. A few days ago I watched Leo’s video about true value and I realized that actualized.org (especially the videos and the forum) could have much value on my life if I put the content in practice. So I decided to use the opportunity to just start a journal. Maybe it will have an impact on my life, maybe not. To introduce me: I’m an 16-year old German guy. To be honest: since more then 3 years I’m a mental masturbator with personal development. But the analysis with my goals will come tomorrow. So my goal for tomorrow: put Leo’s video on goals into practice and to transform my desires into strong goals. Also I will create a plan to put some other videos into practice. I will post this plan tomorrow.

Day 1-22.12.2020

Today I did some reflection about my goals. First I wrote down all my desires. There came about 20-30 together. Then I formed them into goals. After that I’ve crossed all goals out to which I haven’t resonated. Then I prioritised the goals that were more important to me than the others. Now I want to list them:

Mastery/Hobby:

1. I will become a player of FC Bayern Munic who plays almost every match on the winger position.

2. After school I will do my 2 hour soccer routine.

Personal Development:

1.Every Morning after breakfast I will meditate for 10 min to get in the moment.

2. After the meditation I will do a 10min Visualisation.

3.After the Meditation I will tell me my Affirmations and reading my goals.

Studying; 

1.Every day after doing my soccer routine I will do a study session for at least one hour.

2. To start the study routine I will read for 15min the English and Spanish versions of Harry Potter (I love this books)

Mindfulness/Spirituality:

1. In the evening (like an hour and 30min before going to bed) I will read a book for 15min.

2. After reading the book I will write an entry for this journal (15-30min)

3. After posting the entry I will do a 30-45min) doing nothing meditation.

4. After doing the Doing nothing(lol) meditation I will go to bed and listen to a sleep meditation.

Relationship,Dating and friends:

I will create an amazing relationship with a nice girlfriend.

To get to this goals I will create a routine and implement it by building momentum.

So my routine would look like when normal school starts: 

6am:get up

6:30am mobility routine

6:40am meditation

6:50am visualisation

7am affirmation 

7:05am prepare for going to bus station and reading goals

7:10 going to bus station and hearing music.

3pm (sometimes 2 or 4, depends on the day) eating lunch

3:30pm get to soccer field for training

5pm getting home and doing a workout

5:30pm start studying(includes learning language)

6:30pm break for watching social media

6:45pm 2nd session

7:45pm watching social media

(One of this breaks will be changed for dinner)

8pm reading a book

8:15 pm writing an entry for the journal

8:30 doing the Doing Nothing Meditation

9:15 going to bed while listening for the sleep meditation 

My goal for tomorrow:

Meditate for a minute

Extra goals

Research for a good mobility routine

Research which skills I need to create an amazing relationship

Day 3-23.12.2020

Some extra goals::(Personal development):

1. I will cum just with a partner.

2. I will playing video games on max 2 days per week for max 2 hours.

3. I will press all juice out of my book

Research for a good mobility routine ❌

Today I enjoyed the holiday and researched about getting a girlfriend. So I realised, that I need some authentic skills to be a good boyfriend. The first 3 things I want to work on are my confidence, humor and communication. To train these I’d need some time to spend on. So I needed to prioritise my goals some more because when school starts I couldn’t train all things I would like to work on. A bit later I realized that I want to focus my next chapter of life on career(making hobby to career, if needed start a buisness) and on social stuff (working on soft skills and fix my friendships). Now I need to change my plan for the routine. First I need to prioritise the skills I’d work on at soccer for getting a shorter routine. Also I need to start research programs on career development, friendships and relationships, personal development( includes psychology), marketing,mastery and soccer

Goals for tomorrow:

1. Research for techniques to get good at being humorous and confident

2. meditate after breakfast for 2 min

Today short again.

I almost forgot to write an entry into the journal. So tomorrow I will write the entry exactly at 8 pm.

2. Start research program on relationships and friendships❌

1. After breakfast do a 4min meditation 

2. After the meditation: 

Start the research program on relationships and social stuff

3. after researching do my mobility workout for the shoulder (2 months ago I discolated my shoulder)

4. At 8pm: write an entry in this journal.

Today I’m watching a 24h charity stream of my favourite streamer. I use it like a ritual for starting a new chapter in life.

Today I watched the stream to the end. And now a new phase starts in my life.

It’s the starting phase. I also want to watch Leo’s video about the chapters of life to improve my strategy.

Day 9-29.12.2020

I realized today a reason why I failed at a lot of daily goals in the last days. I didn’t  really procrastinate, I just forgot about them. So I will create a to do list every day after my meditation and review it after every task.

Goals for tomorrow:

1. After breakfast do a 8min meditation.

2. After that create a to-do-list for that day.

3. Then do my shoulder mobility routine.

4. Spend at least 90min for working on my goals for the next year.

5. Spend 1h to study career development.

Day 10-30.12.2020 part 2

So now I’m done with researching for today. I watched Leo’s videos on inner game of career development and on starting a buisness.

What did I learn from it( means:how will this information change my behaviour?);

1. I’ll start to train the skills which bring the core values as a winger everyday. I’ll start by coping the skills which Messi has ( as far as possible,won’t be easy lol). So I’ll watch the games of Messi (at least 20-30) and train the skills he has.

2. I won’t expect to be the best in a few months. I’ll expect to get good over years.

3. I’ll ask me everyday these 2 questions:

Why do I want to be a pro winger at soccer?

What is the payoff gonna be?

4. I’ll do research everyday( or week) on how soccer works, what trainer and clubs want from a winger and how personal Buisness works.

I’ll accomplish all these things by building macro momentum.

Watch 5min of Messi’s last game.

Day 11-31.12.2020

Today is the last day of the worst year in my life,lol. But the year was just bad until October although I discolated my shoulder in October. Since October I started to see real value in the content of actualised.org and in November I got a Nintendo Switch and lasted for 21 days Nofap Challenge(new record, record before: 10 or 11 days), in December I started building momentum, so the last 3 months of 2020 were better than my 2019 and the second half of 2018 together, lol. 
Goals for today:

4. Goal work for 2021 90min

1. Till the end of the year 2021 I’ll get the best winger at my soccer team.

5. In the year 2021 I’ll research about spirituality for 1h every week.

Today till like 16pm I was so motivated and happy. Then I decided to make a break and play video games cause I thought it would help me to recover but it made the situation worse. I think I won’t play any video games tomorrow because they pull make me more weak then to work.

Today was an interesting day. First was my meditation there. That was the first time I felt awesome after a meditation. Now I feel like I have more motivation for it. But it isn‘t really difficult because starting the meditation feels like getting first time under a cold shower. Maybe I can apply this to other brute action/work I have difficulties to start in the future. Then I did other  To do stuff. But after that I felt exhausted because that were so many different things in a short amount of time. Also I watched Leo‘s episode about Lifestyle minimalism. That Idea is kinda nice and I  think I‘ll do some theorising for theorising and maybe I‘ll implement that. In the afternoon my little brother was angry at me and tried to hurt me. Normally I would be triggered( I‘m not proud of that) but this time I just lasered this thing you focus on by doing self inquiry and I was completely calm. After that I did 1 or 2 hours of doing nothing (I don‘t know why) and it felt awesome. I can not describe the feeling I had. Now I‘m really thinking about why I am playing for so much time video games or watch YouTube if doing nothing feels so nice.

Today I did a really deep meditation about my death and I‘ve experienced that some of the things I do right now don‘t matter at all and that I‘d feel guilty because I did them and not the things I really want to do. And that I don‘t pay much respect to me and the life.

*Today I woke up too late and I had to get immediately into a online meeting for biology. So I did the stuff from the morning routine after I was finished with school. Next time I’ll set an alarm clock. 
@ Today my shoulder felt strange again and I realized that I did my shoulder mobility too fast with too short breaks.

So in future I’ll do instead of a longer routine 4-5 short routines a day (5-10min) slower and with longer breaks.

After school I also studied the anatomy of the shoulder and which muscles are responsible for the movements of it. That was kinda interesting.

Goals for tomorrow:
