To me coffee culture represents a culture reminiscent of the 80s, it's not too traditional but not too modern or toxic either. 

People were modern back then yet they had an old style flair to their personality. 

People were simple, weren't as narcissistic as today, they were modern in their thoughts yet they had a touch of simplicity and humility to their personality.

To me coffee culture means a little bit of everything 

• A little bit of science 
• A lit bit of funk 
• A little bit of freedom 
• Conservative values but not too strict 
• None of this porn obsessed culture 
• A little bit of video games, some teenagey stuff 
• Definitely Jeans jeans jeans dungarees 
• A Little bit of religion like going to Church but not too religious like a fanatic 
• A little bit of organic food but not a fitness freak 
• The healthy rap music of the early 90s.
• Not too ancient music but not the kind of music garbage  that we have today 
• No commercialization 
• Junk food but minimum 
• More interest in psychology 
• None of the stage Blue Mormon or Amish Culture 
• Progressive values but not crazy mean Green Miss Feminist who wants every man punished. 
• Wanting world peace and no xenophobia but love of mixed cultures 
• Unique persona and no peer pressure 
• "I don't give a Fuck" mentality 
• A little bit of graffiti on the wall and some Romanticised street culture. Imagine the song Ice Ice Baby by Vanilla Ice. 
• Free people Freely loving each other 
• No Donald Trump Dumpf
• More focus on new age Spirituality and Psychology
• Less focus on looks and appearances and more focus on bringing people on an equal mental plane 
• More focus on general welfare and mental states of people 
• Bringing more happiness in this world and spreading positive vibes and less jealousy 
• Chill Culture.. Hippy. Bohemian. 
• Less Competition. Less Capitalism 
• People being more open and trustful 
• A sense of belongingness 
• Spreading joy and peace and bringing people together
