How to assess the organision in terms of the spiral?

Hi folks

I would really appreciate your help. 

I'm applying for a job at the ENGIE energy consultancy. https://www.engie.com/en/group/our-vision/our-strategy

I'm an avid learner of the spiral dynamics. I surely watched Leo's videos and have few books on the subject. However, I've never tried to assess the organisation in trying to finding out where it's whirling in the spiral. 

Could you please help me out? How would you go about this? And what are your opinions about ENGIE's spiral position?
