Question on Mindfulness savoring for 5-7 seconds

Hi everybody, I have done Mindfulness meditation for more than 1 month now, but my problem is how can I know when I savor for 5-7 seconds effectively, I feel like sometimes I am savoring for more than 7 seconds & sometimes I feel like I am savoring for less than 5 seconds. Should I count(the seconds)in my mind when I savor?

Ohh, well in that case do not worry about whether it is a few seconds off, and no, don't count the seconds.

Doesn't matter if once in a while you do only 4 seconds or even accidentally do 10 seconds. 

With time you will probably find a perfect amount of time that will stick with you because of habit.
