What Is Information?

Literally food for your survival, just like poison food, poison information can ruin your survival and chances for self-development, how do we tell the difference? How do interpret information?

In todays social media driven society more people are getting fed low-nutrition toxic information that they dont smell and taste before they devour it.

Please do a video on information, this was just my take on it.
