Challenge (considering Thought)

1 post in this topic

Some of you may have already read about my advice for unwanted thoughts, right?

... Do not engage in them or resist them. Do not be for or against them (in terms of favor). Be indifferent and of non-action...

Well, this challenge is to drop bias, opinions, concepts, and to refuse to represent futile traditions. But, this challenge is a bit more detailed than you may expect. The first step is this: be impartial. Be impartial regardless of how strong your emotion is against or for someone and do not give a bribe the light of day. A manner of keeping your thoughts in order is to:

1) Not be for or against them (in terms of favor), yet have them.

2) Reject opinions (lies people are comfortable with), yet do not oppose them. Toss them out like a blind man stepped on a new carpet with muddy shoes. Do not have a view of it or consider what scale your favor is towards it, just consider opinions to be trash for no good reason.

3) Be rid of what is useless, yet (while having no view  of them in terms of your favor) acknowledge the facts. Acceptance is not holding your hand out, I imagine some people sticking out their neck to work out their brain's acceptance skills. This is how you do it: just as opinions are lies people become comfortable with, acknowledging a fact is as simple as (being indifferent to how strong your emotions may be) choosing to become comfortable with something true as unable to change and that it is in fact factual. Allow yourself to become comfortable existing in reality with it being a reality.
