Selflessness is to let go the Kingdom of Heaven

1 post in this topic

You cannot be motivated by suffering, because for you to be truly selfless, you must be able to let go of that which you have sought from the beginning. You must be able to let go of all insight, all understanding, all meaning and all pleasures.

The path to selflessness leads to the Kingdom of Heaven, but selflessness means to view the Kingdom of Heaven not as reward. It means to let go of the Kingdom of Heaven to embrace and become that which you have sought to escape from the very beginning, that which has put you on the very path that has lead you to this place.

True selflessness is to let go of Nirvana and be rebirth for all of eternity. This is the ultimate selflessness, and that which all of us seek. We fundamentally seek that which we are. We seek precisely this moment. We have never done anything else, because there can be nothing else. This is what Selflessness means.

It means to go the path towards selflessness just to realize that what you have Loved all along was the very path you have walked to get here. That which you seek to escape is that which you are going towards, that which you Love. You will never escape this, because the escape is the very Cause for what you are escaping.

When you realize full Understanding, you will choose ignorance. This is what ultimate Understanding is, it is ultimate Ignorance. The Selfless Act is Selfishness.

This very moment is pure Selflessness. There is nothing to go towards but this very Moment.

Selflessness is not the end of all suffering. Selflessness is the Cause of all suffering. This is the great irony. You can only seek that which you are escaping from. It is a perfect Circle. Every step you make away from this moment, you are actually taking a step towards it.
